Whenever we got the last drive through order it was wrong and was not what we ordered, however the manager said bring the receipt and she would replace the whole order. So I commend them for being customer friendly and taking care of our issue.

I go to Whataburger faithfully. Recently moved to Spring for work. The two times I have gone to this location 2920 and Spring Cypress they did not give me my complete order. The first time they forgot the extra toast that I paid for. It wasn’t about the toast but the girl that served me had attitude. Told the manager about it. I go last night I ordered the #13 extra toast extra piece of chicken and extra gravy. Looks fine. I get home to eat and of course the 4th piece of chicken...
