This location is beyond slow; like stupid slow. I did a mobile order around 6pm for pick up around 6:45- why did I get there and have to wait 30 more minutes?!! Got my food and left around 7:30. Ridiculous! Not the first time either. They're just really slow here and I don't understand why.
I went today with my family for a meal the food was OK. The issue was there were no drink selections only tea water or shakes. Bad experience. Employees just standing around. I enjoy the food here but there is an issue every time I eat here

Whataburger gets marks this high when compared to other fast food chains. I've tried In & Out Burger & I found them bland & difficult to order from. Whataburger puts its large selection right on the menu, & will do whatever you want. There is no comparison unless you're comparing the right & wrong way to make fast food.

Always come here, food is usually good but tonight was a mess. They messed up my sons burger, I took it inside and they “fixed it” luckily I checked when I got back to the car because it was wrong again. I was told they gave me the wrong burger which means they probably have the kid in the drive thru the wrong one as well. Also the soda was extra sweet but no carbonation.

Honestly one of the best food experiences. Great staff & the burger was prepared to perfection!
WORST WHATABURGER EVER. Order accuracy is a coin toss as well as quality. Night Manager doesn’t use gloves when making burgers, yuck. According to some workers racial bias is prevalent in the work place, disgusting while all management team is Hispanic. To the GM Mariana Silea, you’re not doing your job, this place is a mess.
It's all good. Whataburger may not be the best at in one thing but they are really good at the wife variety they have.

Dear Simona Silea.... please take some time at this location. The staff is horrible!!!! I will NEVER come back. My order was wrong. No big deal so I asked for a refund. I was told no I had to fill out a formal and corporate will contact me. I didn't have time to play games so I left. Not before being treated completely rude by by Luis the kid with braces which braces. He told me I was dumb. So I left called later and asked to speak with the manager. The Manger refused to help me. I asked for her name she said to tell Simona Sikle to contact her. That's how I got the name. I could go on and on. But the honest part is ill never get anywhere. So sad! I'm tired of dealing with people who peeked in high school and their only power is not to refund me or give me a name. I guess I would be mad too if I flipped burger for a living and never made more than 20k a year

The skinny black girl that work overnight Never smile and don't offer condiments. They don't give enough syrup with big pancakes and don't even ask if you want ketchup. SMH
