I come here often anyone that clearly says in the drive through. I can wait for my food to be fresh means business right?
Well I ordered a number 1 on a junior bun then a breakfast on the bun with no meat. The female in the drive through said it will be fresh about time ya apple pie get done in 7 minutes everything will be fresh. OK understood. Everyone on this shift has an attitude problem been this way. I mean if they don't have customer service they should find another job. Clearly they get mad because you want your food fresh. This is a constant thing when you have to say can you make my food fresh I can wait. Then you ask for condiments such as jelly one of the guys say we been out of jelly been for a month do what. Wow. I come atleast twice a week. Lol yeah for the last 2 weeks they have stated that they do not have jelly. But as an employee you don't say things like that to a customer. Training was terrible I see. I come because it's convenient. They had the cook or someone handling the food come out jamarion Apron an all it's plastic an clear very unsanitary. Because im pretty sure he didn't swutch it run the cameraa back. He had an attitude. He slammed the food in my hand. I lol he came right back to the car an I stated I lamo lol I didn't call you back but can I get my condiments. He said yes ma'am. Then Ethen a Caucasian beard guy almost redish came back out an said spicy an regular here you go an slammed it also in my hand. So I said what's your name eithen.. oh I forgot the first person called me a B so heard when he walked back in wow. All of them TRASH an needs new jobs. ASAP because if I'm scared to evwn eat this food an if we get sick or anything off of it. It's not gonna be pretty coming for the whole company. Makes no sense. It's like it's a party going on in there anyways. Most of them probably under 20. I look young but past 30. They are just Rude an also the car hop guy Hispanic looks like he's on something. Every time he walks by he bucks his eye's at me/cat eyes. This crew is rude. I love hot fresh food. An when I say I can wait I can wait. Don't get mad at me because you/yall have to do yall job. That's the job you chose. Crazy thing about it is you never know who's coming through the drive through. I could have been the owner/health human service person etc...hummm. Poor service with this crew because the other crew I've brought all of them lunch on they shift. I'm not b......g. It's only right. When you go eat out somewhere you do want you're food fresh right. Play the cameras back etc I'm willing to take it there. At this point it's discrimination an not in the black way. I wasn't rude ghetto or ugly. People should stop going off hear say. I have been reading the reviews an the last month it's been nothing but complaints. So there has to be a problem. I like the other crew atleast they know they customer's even after an experience. Ijs. This crew throw the whole crew away. ASAP!

Y’all have to start giving a shit about the meal. if i’m gonna pay $13 and change for a damn junior i need it to be assembled correctly and to get the ketchup i specifically asked for. service is horrible, food mid. 2/10 whataburger there’s better next to the HEB, just go there. extreme disappointment

Why do yall have us go in the second line? Makes no sense to run 2 drive-through lines after hours when yall either don't have enough staff or just don't feel like going outside to take our order. There were full lines, and the only people getting service were the people in the window line. And yall should just set up another menu sign to order from the second line. That way, customers can see the menu clearly and not from some tiny tablets.

They know it gets busy around this time and they should be prepared.

Went thru drive thru about 11:45pm on 10/23. Been waiting in the drive thru for too long. No reason to have 2 drive thru lines if you can’t service the customers filling those lines. The whole thing about 2 drive thru lines is you make food faster than 1 line of cars can order. They are making cars pull forward to wait so they can cheat the clock. You can not be like Chik-fil-a if your employees are not motivated to show up or work the bare minimum. Wonder how much longer is it have to wait
