Horrible experience. I said Cobb salad meat on the side- what was hard about this? You took the salad back removed the meat and gave me the same lettuce the had greasy meat yuck! Everybody needs to be terminated who worked Jan 17, 26 at 1150pm. Whole crew had to be dumb or high. The cashier (Hispanic with black glasses) said “I understand you don’t want any meat on your salad but what about bacon!” It’s really not funny but it was something to laugh about to help us deal with getting cursed out by the cars behind us and waiting in the drive thru for 30mins. Get home didn’t has anything to eat because the salad was awful looking.
This is the best Whataburger in the area! Food always hot & fresh!

We had a pretty bad experience at this Whataburger. The cashier made mistakes for the 2 groups before us and also made mistakes for my group. They double charged us for drinks when it was included in the combo meal already.
After ordering, it took over 30 mins to get our order. This is very disappointing for fast food.
The fries were bland, it barely had any salt and was not crispy at all. The burger was fine.

I went to this Whataburger on today’s date 1/4/2026 I ordered a chicken wrap combo and asked if it’s possible if it could be freshly cooked after waiting in the line for over 20 minutes no exaggeration they gave me cold food. I asked for a refund and Miss Rhonda stated that she couldn’t give me a refund because it was cash. After the poor service and sitting in line, I did not want to wait for them to remake my food and I didn’t trust them remaking my food so I decided to leave without food and my money. The fact that they have a so-called policy in hand that they cannot refund a customer cash. Only card is the most ridiculous thing I heard yet in 2026. It’s borderline Thief

Went through the drive thru on Dec 31st 2025 between 8:30-9pm, order chicken strip meal. Total came to 11 dollars and some change. Was told to pull into lane B, guy comes out confirms my order and total, I hand him 12 dollars. He walks off. Comes back telling me he lost the 10 I gave him... so he supposedly walkes around and retract his steps looking for the money I gave him. He goes tell his supervisor who comes out and tell me they looked at the camera and she counted his draw and he doesn't have it!! This is straight BULLSHIT! How the hell did you do all this with two lanes going. LIARS! HE STOLE MY MONEY AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET NO FOOD!!

Horrible Whataburger. I ordered drive thru on the app and they are trying to make me go inside to get it. I don’t understand why the won’t just make my food and give it to me at the window.

We have ordered from here multiple times and they have NOT ONCE given us the sauces we asked for. The final straw was with a chicken strip meal my girlfriend asked for extra gravy and got none! I get it, sauces are not the biggest part of a meal, but to get it wrong this many times is crazy.

Girl working the window was extremely rude and unpleasant. Didn’t say one word to me when asked for spicy ketchup or when I said thank you. Just ignorant and rude. Also waited for my pick up order for over 15 minutes then was handed the wrong order. She was terrible.
