That place used to be good but came here sat on the patio and was not approached by one staff. We waited 30 minutes then we looked for a server. Food was mid at best terrible service. Manager didn’t even come to speak to us not once. And all we were told was it was because of shift change this place wasn’t even busy. Will not be coming back to this place again and will be letting friends and family how crappy of service and disregard of accountably just say we messed up not some excuse it’s shift change when I see all wait staff standing around talking to each other.

Burgers are okay but the rest of the food is suspect. Cheese steak was grizzled meat in a clump on a bun, served with melted but cold cheese on top. Seriously disgusting. Mac n cheese balls are more batter than any substance. But our waiter, Conner, was the sole highlight, nice and attentive. So that's why they get 2 instead of 1.

I USE TO COME HERE ALL THE TIME WITH FAMILY. I RECENTLY CAME HERE AND IT WASNT A GOOD THING AT ALL. WE WALK IN AND RIGHT AWAY I NOTICE FRONT CASHIER AREA WAS SUPER DIRTY ON COUNTER. THEN WE SAT DOWN IT EVEN GOT WORSE TABLES WERE ALL FEALTHY AND DISGUSTING !!!!!! AND WE FINALLY GOT OUR ORDER FOOD WAS COLD !!!!!!!!! BUSINESS WAS NOT EVEN PACKED I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. When we ordered our food we expected for it to take a kinda long time to get to us due to how many people were there. After 20 mins passed by we started to notice other people after us getting their food and these were big party’s too. After a hour we still didn’t get our food plus after asking two time, but when it did come out, it came out cold and gross. Also we never had the same waiter it was someone different each time. Never again!

Hannah the "assistant mgr" really needs to take some customer service classes. Her tone and combativeness was alarming. She needs to do better.

Came in around 3:30pm perfect if you want avoid crowds. Food was delicious chicken fried chicken, jalapeño gravy, grilled veggies AND Prickly Pear Margarita with Tajin. Everything I didn’t know I needed. Great staff from front of the house to the back. Thanks Ladies ?

Consistently enjoyable food. On a day with sunny weather it’s comfortable to sit in the covered outside area.
