Whoever they had answering the phone on 8/25/2025 evening at 8:59 pm is rude as heck!!! She answered but didn’t even see what I wanted first before putting me on hold. The first time I called I was on hold for 6 minutes with no return or follow up. Hung up called again and she did it again immediately before I could speak. Hung up and called and and she must’ve realized it was the same number so she placed it on hold without even letting me say what I needed. I called in regards to an order I’d placed online but couldn’t even get help. I’ve always loved this location until that. I understand there’s customers in the store but just don’t have a phone if you’re gonna do that.

I made a call in order I asked for 8 pieces bone in all flats well done half hot lemon pepper wet half Cajun wet get there fries not seasoned hot lemon pepper is only lemon pepper, told them to fix it fries redipped hot lemon pepper still not hot lemon pepper on top of that not all flats…Melissa the shift manager want to charge me for all flats after I already asked and my order was wrong three times she tells the girl in Spanish like I don’t understand and tell her she was going to still charge me and we not making her food til she pay. I paid for my food I asked it the way I wanted my food and did not get it.instead of fixing my order and apologizing she steady wanted to go back and forth…I’m assistant store manager and I worked for wingstop off 59 some years ago there is no way I would have let this carry on…I would’ve fixed the food and moved on but yet didn’t…now my daughter food that I bought her before the pick up is cold and nasty because Melissa and the new mng wouldn’t fix my order correctly

I ordered the 20 piece deal with fries. I should've checked before I left, but I've never gotten a messed up order before from here. I wanted 10 hickory barbecue wings and 10 lemon pepper wings. I only got 10 hickory barbecue and 10 I guess hot like basted in hot sauce. So I only got half my actual order correct and to top it off I only got one ranch for 20 wings.

The wings were absolutely divine! That hot honey and lemon pepper combination was explosive; I haven't tasted Wingstop this good in ages.
