I am writing this review as I sit here and wait for my order. Almost 40 minutes the service is extremely slow, the cooks playing loud music while it’s quiet I the front of the restaurant. Very frustrating!

Hell na if your a doordash driver i highly recommend not to pick any orders from this place it took 40 minutes for them to give me 1 order and I had 2 orders I had to cancel 1 of my orders they were just taking to damn long it was unbelievable.. again I highly DO NOT recommend to pick up any orders from this place..ridiculous

Ordered food online for pickup, order stated that it will be ready at 20:37, received a text stating my order was ready at 20:41, arrived to pickup the food and I'm still waiting for it at 21:05, SO BASICALLY THEY ARE A JOKE!!!

I just came here to say that India and KeKe were amazing front counter assistants. When placing my online order I selected a limited flavor but when I arrived I was told it was no longer available. So I made a second choice and the ladies offered other suggestions; they raved about the Hot Honey so well that I buckled. It was a great laugh and yes ladies I did like it. Thanks so much for your great spirit, it meant more than you know, especially around this time of the year! You ladies gave me some cheer that was needed!

Ordered dinner last night. When I got there, there were at least 10 people waiting and everyone was very angry. People had been waiting 45-60 minutes. After I waited 35 minutes, I asked if I could cancel as I couldn’t wait any more. The kitchen staff started using profanity and dropping the “N word” over and over. They were opening talking negatively about the customers being upset and waiting. The man at the fryer said he was working on my food now and I stepped aside to wait. After hearing the things they were saying, I didn’t trust them to not do something to my food so I again asked to cancel. No one could cancel or refund so I ended up leaving and disputing the charge with my bank. I couldn’t believe the things I heard in there from the staff. I felt so bad to the younger kid at the register because you could tell he was so over it. I also heard the group of cooks bullying the guy bagging. The behavior and cleanliness was atrocious. For perspective - I worked at a different Wingstop for six years so I get it. I will never ever go back here and honestly, the health department needs to go. I’ve worked superbowls with shorter wait times than last night. Embarrassing for the ages of their employees to be acting this way.

This is easily the worst wingstop I've ever been to. Very unprofessional people working behind the counter and the wait is insane. One thing to have a long wait time but the order is almost always wrong. This location shouldn't be in business.

I placed an online order, and I still had to wait awhile for my food. I ordered well-done fries and received pale-yellow fries, and my sandwich was very salty. The best part of my meal was the drink and the ranch.

HORRIBLE! I did an online order arrived at the store at 7:16 PM. Literally sat in the store until 8:16 PM for my order which Leonardo stated my order is just waiting on fries WHILE my chicken is bagged getting cold. I ended up asking for a refund but was told their GM Melissa is only allowed to give out refunds so I asked for her name and contact information for my refund of $19.68. Very frustrating and annoying! Will not be ordering at this location again.

THE WORST WINGSTOP IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Honestly its such a pain in the butt to order from this location. You get your order an hour or more later. DONT COME HERE PLEASE

I’ve ordered here numerous times, we generally like wing stop, but this place gets your orders correct maybe 50% of the time. Missing items, wrong items, had food delivered and it was leaking all
Out the bag and broke, when you call no one answers, they put you on hold for hours and basically give you no options to help. It’s just a bunch of kids playing around in there. I’ve gone inside and waited 45 min for food and watch them
Play around. I’ve emailed their manager saying it’s probably the worst wing stop around
