HORRIBLE! I did an online order arrived at the store at 7:16 PM. Literally sat in the store until 8:16 PM for my order which Leonardo stated my order is just waiting on fries WHILE my chicken is bagged getting cold. I ended up asking for a refund but was told their GM Melissa is only allowed to give out refunds so I asked for her name and contact information for my refund of $19.68. Very frustrating and annoying! Will not be ordering at this location again.

I’ve ordered here numerous times, we generally like wing stop, but this place gets your orders correct maybe 50% of the time. Missing items, wrong items, had food delivered and it was leaking all
Out the bag and broke, when you call no one answers, they put you on hold for hours and basically give you no options to help. It’s just a bunch of kids playing around in there. I’ve gone inside and waited 45 min for food and watch them
Play around. I’ve emailed their manager saying it’s probably the worst wing stop around

I was trying to place a Wingstop order and pay in cash, but apparently you can’t phone in orders anymore if they’re $30 or more you have to come into the store. On top of that, their online ordering doesn’t even give the option to pay cash in-store. This is really inconvenient and frustrating for customers who prefer or need to use cash.

Company can't seem to fix issues either, called to try and get my shorted order fixed. Was told that they were busy and couldn't deliver the shorted wings to our house. Told us we'd have to contact doordash for the shortage that wing stop created. Unless they are implying that our delivery driver opened bags and took food out of our bags very unsatisfied. Glad they could get it right for someone.

They just can't get it together. We order online and come in to pickup and it's never ready. This happens every time, we can't support this location if they can't make the order in a timely manner. We have waited over 30 minutes past our pickup time. How is that even possible? Never again. We're not coming back.

Go ahead and ignore all these negative reviews. I have never seen a company go so far above and beyond to fix an issue. I had ordered food through the Wingstop app and a DoorDash driver tampered with it. Not only did this location replace my order, but because my car was broken down the manager delivered it to my door. I have never seen Customer Service on this level, and I cannot even express my gratitude.

Very bad service. I ordered 3 orders of 6 and 2 orders of 10 because I ate inside and it took more than 45 minutes to give me my order and the workers were very slow.
