I really have no complaints about this place but something that does bother me is coming in near closing or in this case late 9:00 pm and the employees are cleaning the for with pressurized water and other cleaning supplies. It concerns me because the mist from the spray of water mixed with chemicals off of the floor would send particles airborne into the food preparation area. Also the employees would go through the cleaning process while cooking and it seems like they potentially cross contaminate o the orders.

Went to this location recently with my family. The wings took over 30 min and the restaurant was disgusting. The tables, bathrooms and overall experience was gross. If the restaurant was dirty, imagine what the kitchen looks like.

We waited 20 minutes for our food when it was sitting there ready. The little girl with the red hair had the audacity to sit on her phone in the front while our foods getting cold. We then sit down to eat @945 (they close at midnight) and she asks us to get up because she needs to clean the lobby! She then proceeds to mumble “seriously” as we’re getting up to leave. Made the dining experience super uncomfortable. Don’t recommend this location.

The girl with the red hair kicked me out an hour and a half before close and threw a fit when I didn't stop eating my food to leave early. She spent the entire time texting on her phone at the front. Did not tell me my food was ready or bring it to me. I work in food service and it was a joke that I was treated like this an hour and a half before close. Pictures of here sitting on her phone after she kicked us out, alongside the time of closing, so must not have been that important. I'm writing this at 10:45. Would not come back.

I went and picked up my food , and the wings were hot but my fires were cold and not seasoned at all .
We orders 3 different flavored bone in wings , garlic parm, Lemmon pepper, hot honey. And maybe only 2 wings out of 20 we seasoned they were just naked wings

This is the only wingstop where you see all the employees on their phones all the time and the orders always takes more than 30 minutes to be ready. The only person that is always working is the cashier.

Very bad all the employees just talk to each other instead of making food took me 40 minutes for 6 wings better go somewhere else if your in a rush because they take there time

We had to wait 45 mins to get food, because they forgot we were there when they got busy( they literally ask to see receipt cause they didn't remember taking our order). the food was hot, but the wings were rubbery and the fries were burnt. The place was clean but the unorganized kitchen made it seem chaotic

Recently visited this location for the 2nd time and even though it is minutes from my home, I will not be returning. I attempted to call and place an order, but they would just take the phone off the hook and place you on hold without even speaking/greeting you. I arrived to the location and stood in line, where there was 2 people in front of me and I called again and I witnessed this happening. Even after my order was taken and there was no one left in line the cashier did not even attempt to go back to check on the call. I asked Jaden (the cashier) what was their process on answering phone orders and he proceeded to tell me if we are busy (which they weren’t) they don’t answer the phone. I’ve witnessed/worked in many establishments where the process is much better & they were way busier. The workers at the back could’ve been better organized and the load could’ve been distributed better amongst the team. I will never blame the associates, but the shift manager should definitely get more training. A team must be LEAD & from the looks I seen no leaders. Customer service was no existent. No one greeted me nor the guy that I followed in, which wasn’t a surprise as they failed to speak to the customers they placed on hold. My 1st visit I figured, “it’s a bad day or they received a couple huge orders”, but to pretty must experience this for the 2nd time I am very disappointed & definitely will not be returning.
