My biggest complaints, and why I don’t give more stars, is because customers don’t receive a SMALL RANCH with their wing order OR even with the Celery, Like MOST WING places! 😐
Thats really CHEAP and disappointing of you as a company Wingstop.

As well, the wings have been overcooked to the point of the bone inside being cracked open anf shattered -making it where you can’t eat it -(on few occasions ordering here at this location).
HOWEVER,
When they are cooked right, the wings here are very delicious! 😋

Overall, I would be more inclined to order more often if this wasn’t the case.

After a long and stressful shift in at work, sometimes all you want to do is pick up food and go straight home. I called the restaurant about 15 minutes in advance and placed my order over the phone. I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes.

I arrived in the parking lot a few minutes after placing the call and waited in my vehicle to give them extra time. Once the 15 minutes had passed, I went inside expecting to simply pay and pick up my food. Instead, I was told my order was in the system but had not been prepared. The explanation given was that phone orders are not started until payment is made because some customers don’t pick them up.

This defeats the entire purpose of calling ahead and is a complete waste of people’s time.

I ordered on the app , however when i got there my food stated it was done waited an additional 10 minutes. Very rude , no customer service whatsoever.

In addition to me getting home , a piece of hair was in my food then when i reached out to supervisor he asks to send him the picture then stepped away and say no one has that hair like what do you suppose to be .

Nothing was done at all - all he gonna say is sorry like a dumabss .

Shoutout to the cook who handled my online order on Tuesday at 8:30 PM—your wings and fries were absolute perfection! I honestly thought Wingstop was falling off, but this meal completely changed my mind. Whoever was in the kitchen deserves a raise. Keep doing your thing!

These people don’t care. At. All. We get wingstop every single day and I mean every day and there’s always something wrong without fail we’ve tried door dash, uber eats, call in and in store order and there’s always something wrong. This time I’m literally in the store watching them make it and I tried to stop them from making a mistake on my food and they literally looked at me then at each other laughed and continued to make my order wrong right in front of me I’m super nice and passive but it only goes so far I will no longer be coming to this establishment I will drive the extra couple miles to get a correct order

The Hammer Hammer (The Hammer)

It is always the same no matter which Wingstop I go to. Employees standing around, talking, not doing anything. I get my order that is ready for pick up and then I have to get my own drinks... For the price paid for food the least the Employees could do is have the drinks ready along with the order especially when they are just standing around anyway. Nothing more annoying than having to make my own drink while a paid employee watches me do it. If I have to work in order to get my meal, then I should get a discount. Make your Employees make EVERY drink!!

Ever since they changed staff the new people don't know what they are doing. I thought it was just the first time so I gave them another chance they never put enough seasoning on my hot honey wings they're always raw even if I asked for extra. I always call to ask for extra. And they are barely seasoned. The wings are not all the way cooked. There was one guy who always did the wings perfect and he's gone. I will never order from here again. I'm spending $50+ and calling to make sure and still get my order wrong. Come on now

I usually never have a problem at this location, but today when we went to pick up our online order, we noticed when we got home that we got the wrong order. When we returned to the store to let them know, the lady at the front gave us a terrible attitude saying that someone else had already gotten our order and she couldn’t do anything about it. Thank God the kitchen employees were kind enough to figure out the situation to have our order remade. They should hire someone who actually checks what orders are being given out and is not distracted or is rude to customers. It’s been 2 hours now and we are still waiting for this order.

Give this guy a raise , he is bi-lingual, very nice , continued to reassure us that our order was being prepared ( we had a really big order 50+ wings on a Saturday ) very helpful and attentive with all the other customers on phone and also the ones coming in and out, any small downtime he runs to the back to help his coworkers cook, I’m going to ask for his name before I leave , its difficult to find workers like this I hope he gets noticed. his name is Bruno G
