For a place that certainly wasn’t busy, it took a while to get our orders. Apparently, the to-go orders were the priority as they were flying out pretty fast. But when the food came, it was all delicious and well-prepared.

This is the rudest establishment and gives the worst food! When they say 20minutes it turn into 2 hrs and 20 minutes! When you ask to speak to manager they say that she don’t speak English! Yall need to do better!

Doordashing from here, has mostly been a bad experience. 80 percent of the time, there's an excessive wait. Seems to get better, since my last two visits, but that hasn't made up for my 10 or more past visits. They affect my Doordash ratings, constantly, and some workers carry a smirk/attitude. Hope this changes, as it appeared to, recently.

There is literally no point in ordering an online order because EVERY time i come, i still have to wait an additional 15 minutes if not more for pick up. The food is never ready when the time says. The employees are always lost and unorganized. the wait isn’t even worth it because the food doesn’t come out hot so it makes no sense!

You will never get your food on time. 16-21 minutes will never happen. Doesn't matter the day of the week. This location always takes 45 minutes to an hour+ to have your order ready. It's absolutely ridiculous! And make sure you check it. You're most likely missing something.

I don’t know what’s up with this location but they are always behind and seems like there is never a management or leader onsite and just put whoever at the register to apologize for the food taking so long. By rule of thumb whenever ordering wings I know they take a while to cook so even tho my online order says ready in 15-20 minutes I still give an extra 10-15 before I actually walk in to pick up. The issue is when finally going in and being told “oh give us another 10 minutes”…..like what?? What are yall doing that yall are mishandling orders.? This happens at non peak times where I’ve walked in and not a soul sitting inside eating.
