Door dashed boneless meal for 2 around the lunch hour and the chicken was hot and delicious. Fries weren't quite smoking hot but still tasty. Will order from here again.

Earlier today my wife, Jasmine, and I stopped into Wingstop for a quick bite, and we left talking about how good everything was. the wings were hot and crispy, fries perfectly seasoned, the store clean, and the service genuinely friendly. But what happened AFTER we left is what turned a great meal into an unforgettable experience.

About three hours later, we got a phone call from the Wingstop team letting us know Jasmine had accidentally left her backpack—with her wallet and important personal information—at the restaurant. They didn’t just set it aside; they went out of their way to track us down and make sure it was safe until we could return. That kind of integrity is rare, and we are enormously grateful.

Massive shoutout to this incredible crew: Kevin, Miguel, Teresa, Kaitlyn, and Nairuma. Every single one of them treated us with warmth and respect from the moment we walked in to the moment we came back. They were calm, kind, and proactive—exactly the kind of people you want taking care of guests and representing a brand. When we returned to pick up the bag, they were just as pleasant and helpful as before, and you could tell they truly cared.

In a world where customer service can feel transactional, this team reminded us what real hospitality looks like: honesty, accountability, and heart. We can’t thank you enough, Kevin, Miguel, Teresa, Kaitlyn, and Nairuma—you turned what could have been a stressful and horrible day into a powerful reminder that good people are out there doing the right thing.

I always have a great experience when Miguel is working the counter at Wingstop. He’s super polite, quick, and makes sure my order is spot on every time. You can tell he really cares about his job and the customers. Honestly, cashiers like Miguel make a huge difference—it’s refreshing to see someone who takes pride in good service!

Dreadful in every way. Shockingly rude cashier who barely speaks English. Long wait. Filthy floors. Sullen, rude staff. How they stay in business in this upscale neighborhood merits serious investigation.

Only half of my food was delivered. Restaurant says it was the drivers fault, driver says it was the restaurant fault. When I called multiple times I was put on hold, hung up on twice and then no one answered. When I finally was able to talk to some and I asked for management the guys told me we dont have any manager here. Things happen and I understand but the customer service sucked. The guy told me he would try to have a manager call me and as I am writing this I have heard from no one. My husband ended up going to get the food.

Absolutely horrible location. I placed an order with the app for a different location only to find that the gps app feature switched my location. When I arrived at what I thought was the correct location I was told by the manger to call them and request to cancel the order at which time he would make it for me. He told me that the other location frequently calls and makes the same request. I called, informed the lady of what I was told. She very rudely said “your order is ready” and hung up on me. The manager looked at me and stated that she was very rude. I proceeded to the location only to find the employee sitting on boxes in the back of the kitchen. The lady came up to me after a few minutes, asked my name, then shoved the bag at me and said “here”. Then turned her back and walked away. When I got home my wife opened the bag. Everything was obviously cold and they ended up giving us the wrong chicken. I ended up going to the original location that I had wanted to order from and reordering the entire meal. I absolutely had no desire to return to this location. I plan to call corporate in the morning.

Horrible customer service! I ordered wings and tenders thru uber eats and like usual half of my order was missing 🙄 I called and asked if I can pick up what was missing and they said they weren’t going to fix it out of all! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE not worth coming here at all

Every single time I order from here my order is ALWAYS WRONG AND MISSING ITEMS!!! And the workers don’t care as long as your ticket is out of their face they are not looking back! They always seem to have an attitude and think it’s funny when something isn’t given correctly 0/10 this location should be shut down.
