Really unfortunate this location is the closest one to my house so we keep making the occasional mistake of ordering here. Every single time the order is wrong and they are so rude about fixing it. They will even argue with you when you just want the missing items you paid for.

I stepped into the restaurant, looking to order some wings… I was the second person in line. After waiting 10 minutes, they never even waited on the person in front of me so I left. If you can’t place an order in 10 minutes, I can only imagine how long it would be before you receive your order.

It's crazy when you have to use Google translate to make a complaint because the manager doesn't speak Spanish.Also, why do I have to choose for my wings to be fried hard? Cook them thoroughly and the right way so I don't get salmonella!!

I do not recommend this location!! I placed a mobile order I only received half of my order and it was cold! The employees are rude and I asked to speak with a manager and I was told I could not speak to her if I didn't speak Spanish because she only speaks Spanish. Poor service and quality of food!! Only getting 1 star so I can leave this review!

I just called and the person who picked up the phone was incredibly rude and with the worst customer service. Said her name was Genesha. I get that the location can get busy but you don’t have to take that out on the customers. I sucks that this is the only one near our home and the staff always have the worst attitude.
After I placed my order, I was truly looking forward to enjoying my wings. I got home with an empty stomach ready to feel it with some tasty wings, I opened up my container only to find a barely plucked wing. It was full of feathers, which grossed me completely out! The cooked feathers looked like white cockroach legs. Just a very unpleasant sight to see! I'm wondering how could the cook by pass this! Please be aware of eating Wingstop all together. I was told this has been a reoccurring issue with several Wingstop's.

Horrible customer service. Placed an order at 10:15 and didn’t get our food until 10:55. Waited inside the restaurant for our food. The moment I asked front desk guy to cancel my order because it was taking to long. Instead of providing a prudent answer. He gave my sister an ugly attitude. Don’t recommend this location. It took 45 mins to get cold wings.
