The best boba milk teas we have had in Spring. Always kind staff and quick service.

We ordered brown sugar boba tea and were served tea without the boba, as they were out of it.

While we understand inventory issues can happen, it was disappointing for a specialty shop.

I also ordered a white chocolate latte, which unfortunately had a strong, soapy taste .

The staff were polite but seemed inexperienced, and additional training in both drink preparation and customer service would greatly improve the experience. Based on this visit, we will not be returning.

Y’all this makes me so sad to make this review. I have loved YI CHA since they opened. Have shared about them on social media and told many friends and family but today was a different situation. It’s been our tradition to come here as a family and my 8 year old son collected quarters to buy for himself and his sibling to buy them a drink. We started paying with quarters he was so excited to be able to do that and his joy was short lived. The employee was so rude and said you cannot pay like that. She started with a very rude tune to make sure we know and most importantly my son knows he can’t not pay with quarters. Y’all I’m here every week paying with Apple Pay and this time my son wants to treat his sibling and scolded for it. We love the drinks here but the service is not acceptable. We were all so embarrassed how she spoke to us and my son. It makes so sad to write this but this was simply not acceptable. She refused to give us a glass of water…. She made sure we knew to never come back paying like.

Found this place next to a Jindal Ramen bar and loooovve the boba tea drinks! Really good variety on refreshments and snacks!

It was my first time today checking this place out and it is cute inside. The cashier was nice. I got the strawberry matcha. It is good. I enjoyed it. I will be back.

sweet staff & great boba.

I am loving this matcha tea , my experiences was so bad with matcha tea I tried a lot of different matcha but this matcha tea from YI CHA take you to the other world.

2 drinks for 16 dollars not including tip. I asked for onr of the drinks to be extra sweet and it tastes like there wasn't anything extra added. The service was nice and the drinks came out fast. Boba was very sticky and just tasted like it wasn't fresh. The drinks were okay for the price. I'll probably only come back if I'm in the area.

Best boba up north. Drinks are always consistent and boba is soft and chewy. Milk teas are great and so are the teas. We’ve tried most of what is on the menu.

Obsessed with the drinks at this place. Our favorites are the different crème brûlées and kiwi basil with lychee jelly. Their bobas always taste fresh and chewy. 🤤

Their boba balls are good quality. The creme brulee is one of my regular orders. But their teas are also a great choice.

This was our first time visiting Yi Cha, and it definitely won’t be the last! We tried the Mixed Berry Crème Brûlée and the Toasted Coconut Frappuccino — both were delicious and beautifully presented. The crème brûlée had the perfect balance of creamy texture and tart berry flavor, while the frappuccino was refreshing with just the right amount of sweetness and a lovely toasted coconut finish.

The shop itself is very clean with a modern and cozy vibe. It’s a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a unique dessert or drink stop! Going too many different bubble tea places a lot of them taste similar, but it is nice to find one that has a unique taste and unique flavors.

Love this place !!! Really good milk tea and the atmosphere is really cozy :)
