Place is very clean, the atmosphere is nice and the employees are friendly. We ordered a toasted coconut Frappuccino and the Lychee mango green tea. Both drinks were delicious 🫶🏼🫰🏼
This is my go to Boba place. So close to home. They have a wide selection of drinks and taste the same everytime. My favorite part is the atmosphere and customer service. Everyone is always so kind and the place is always clean. 🍵💜

Good service and all the drinks I have tried are great. You can customize sugar level which is nice. If you like milk tea the Yi Cha and jasmine milk teas are delicious. For fruit tea try the Honey Kumquat tea and Watermelon Peach.
Lowering my 5 star review to 1 due to the staff. We went in today and tried to order a milk tea with espresso. Should be simple since they sell other bubble tea with espresso... after explaining what we wanted to order 3 times the girl told me that she was going to go in the back and ask her manager. She then came back and told me her manager said they couldn't do it. I asked to speak to the manager then she admitted that her manager is not here and it is just another employee. So she outright lied to me. That is not acceptable from any business. Unfortunately their drinks are good, but the staff makes it so I will not go back.
Very disappointing experience at YICHA. The staff was rude, and my Jasmine Milk Boba Tea was prepared incorrectly, the tea was over-extracted and extremely bitter.
When I mentioned it, they gave excuses, blaming it on me ordering it without sugar and even saying it was “because they use tea leaves,” which made no sense. Sugar doesn’t fix poorly brewed tea.
Bad service and a badly made drink. Definitely not coming back.
