Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First of all they took forever to take my order and got it all wrong. Asked for buffalo bites, got regular bites with no sauce. Asked for blue cheese as dipping sauce and got Ranch. They also took forever to give me my WRONG order.

I ate here yesterday and everything was so salty I couldn't finish my dinner. It tasted like I was eating salt from the bottle. Im very unhappy with the food, I honestly want my money back. It was horrible

I had an awful experience at Zaxbys with Kierah going through the drive-thru and discovered half of my order, even though I paid for a full meal. To add insult to injury, I received a drink I didn't order. I hope this feedback will lead to better service. I will not be returning.

I'm leaving the review here because the salt 🧂🧂🧂🧂🧂 is way too much on almost all the food in the menu. Please, reduce the salt. Everything else is good.. Thank you

Been going to this location for awhile now. But the last few times I've been this location has definitely changed. The staff could be a bit friendlier. And the last couple of times I have had food The strips have been a bit small (like smaller than my thumb) the wings are bigger than the strips!!
I even addressed it to the older guy in the front and he just laughed at me and said yeah they are a bit small! And didn't do anything about it!

Tell me why went to Zaxbys and ordered the quesadillas and it was almost 12 dollars just for 3 quesadillas and a drink ? The sign they had advertised had the quesadillas look very big like a huge portion. Not worth it for only 3 and a drink for 12 bucks

The food is good but the staff is a huge issue. The last time I went, I was told my order does not come as a meal. It can and does come as a meal. So I ended up paying extra for 2 orders of fries and an extra drink. This time, I was charged extra for my sauces, which got absolutely none. Didn't even get the sauce that comes with the egg rolls. I like the food normally, but the fact that I keep getting charged incorrectly and spending over $40 when I could've just paid $20 is insane. I will not be coming back to the location.

Love the food here. Sadly, we have had a continued back and forth with the team over portions of the fries. I like the extra fries, so I order large, and my wife gets medium. However, most times, we see no difference in size. For example, today, I ordered large fries in my takeaway order. Photo included. It was disappointing to see the lack of quality control. But also was not surprised, and that's become the sad part of ordering here. Yet we return, hoping things will change as we like the food.

I went through the drive through the hole parking lot was empty and it took them a hole 25 min to get me my sandwich which was the size of my palm

First timer. Food is below mediocre. I wanted to order 10 chicken wings but I was told it was going to be a 15 min wait (Sunday, lunch hour). Chicken tasted frozen, was not seasoned or cooked well and it was drenched in an orange colored sauce that tasted like hot sauce that was opened long time ago. The fries were ok. I would have to be REALLY hungry before I come back to Zaxby’s. Sorry.
