The people at this Zaxbys need to be fired. The restaurant needs to do a clean sweep and replace the current staff with new staff including management.This Zaxbys consistently are out of Salads and several other menu items. This has happened to me already 3 times when I try to order. Also, they even said the wait time was going to be over 15 minutes.Whoever the owner is at this Zaxbys seriously needs to talk with the staff or either start the process of replacing bodies with workers that know what they are actually doing.

Got here well I was ordering the lady kept saying as if she didn't want to add items on there. Then after that she asked me to pull forward pictures of 20 minutes to get me to meals. I love Zaxby's but I'm never coming back to this

I hate to even post this but I cannot remember a time I have ordered and not had to wait upwards of 15 minutes for my food. Tonight I ordered and was asked to pull to the side. I watched as 5 people pulled in after me and all received their food. I finally went to the window and was told that they are so backed up they are trying to keep up and that they hadn’t forgotten. Coincidentally I then got my food 2 minutes later. My children really like their food. Please do better

The location was not very busy but there was a bit of a delay in our order being taken as the young lady who should have taken the order was suddenly distracted by another task as soon as we walked in??The food was served quickly but the fries were cold and broken pieces, the bread tho nicely toasted was hard and cold. Overall, restaurant was clean and plenty of seating.Note to fast food establishments: fast and cold food is not good for repeat business (this is our 2nd trip to this location, 1st time was better); people would rather have short wait for hot fresh food.No soap dispenser in the men’s restroom, yuck!Step up yo game Zax!Parking: Easy to park

Food was hot and fresh, and friendly service and affordable unlike most chicken places.
Food was cold and hard. You could tell the chicken and fries had both been sitting a while. The girls at the drive thru were friendly but that's about it. If I wasn't running late to work I would have taken the food back up there. The cost of food nowadays is too high to be this awful.
