Disappointing last visit where I ordered wings and things. Here's the juxtaposition, the strips were piping hot, obviously just made. The wings were barely above room temp. Definitely not just made. Add to that the wings were quite dry in that they had the sauce painted on.
Really was really disappointed given that a special trip was made just to visit Zaxby's.

Gave me old wings that was horrible, taste like I was eating a real chicken . I had to go back in and have them remake me new wings . Smh please don’t not serve people old wings it could make them sick

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Zaxby’s location. I traveled over 30 minutes just to come here because I usually enjoy the food, but this time was a letdown. Even though they had just opened for the day, the chicken I received was hard, dry, and clearly not fresh it tasted like it had been sitting for a while, possibly made much earlier.

To make matters worse, I was asked to pull forward, which made it seem like they were preparing fresh food for me. Instead, I was handed the same low-quality, old chicken. That felt misleading, and not what I expect from a place I go out of my way to visit.

This location has been around long enough to know better. Customers shouldn’t have to question whether their food is fresh, especially first thing in the day.

Food looked good but Tased TOO Salty My head was hurting so bad afterwards even my wife’s stomach hurt. I gave them a second chance but this is the last time I go. Heard so many good things but I guess it just is not it.

Nice little fast food restaurant off 45 next to the six flags waterpark. The food is great especially their Texas Toast and I really like the atmosphere. Also clean bathrooms

Parking was great, because hardly anybody was there. The chicken tasted and looked over fried. The cashier seemed annoyed. There was only one other customer so seating was quite optional and it was clean.
