I come to this location semi-regularly, and it's always been a great experience. Thank you Zaxby's for delicious food, a pleasant environment, courteous people, and for being so close.

The bread and french fries, too salty. Drive thru lady got upset because my husband asked for no ice with his water

Came to try this food and the shrimp were even black they have not change the oil and they taste really nasty 🤢 and I got charge 45 for 2 plates smh never again

I have visited this location twice now, and I was very disappointed both times! I went there today for dinner and asked that my food be dropped fresh. For one, I ordered a six piece and four piece chicken finger plate, and they gave me two four piece plates. I usually check my order before leaving, but it was raining and I was ready to get home. Second, the food that I asked to be dropped fresh was literally old food that they refried. My son said the same thing to me that I already knew. The food was hard, overcooked, and pretty much inedible. I'm so absolutely disgusted with the staff. When I made it to the window the young lady who took my payment was laughing. Coincidentally, she was also the same one who brought the hard, refried food to my car after I was pulled up for nothing since they gave me the same food that had already been sitting under the heat lamp. She knew when she took my payment that they weren't gonna drop my food fresh. I hope her boss sees this and deals with her according. I'll never visit this location again and won't recommend anyone else visit. Just pathetic.

Absolutely love zaxbys and wish I had one closer to where I live.

The service was GREAT they were so kind and were able to bring the food to me. They also made sure my order was correct and the food was delicious. I have come there a bunch of times, and sometimes there is good service and some okay, but this time it was an AMAZING service I have seen so far!!

Lady at front counter with us nose piercing real short and didn't seem like she want to be at work. Not pleased at all.

All the staff from the kitchen to the counter hunch over the counter making you wait just because they are on there phone literally scrolling on tik tok . Do better train better

It's worth the 40min drive every time!

Not a fan of cardboard chicken at Canes or overpricedness at slim chickens but Zaxbys really gets it. Price and taste
