Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My food was horrible. I ordered Traditional wings meal and all my chicken tate old and was so hard I couldn't eat it. My husband had the wings and things his chicken was the same way and he was missing two wings. I have called over 10 times and no answer this is ridiculous!

My first time eating at Zaxby. I don't know if it was just this location, but I spent 25 dollars, and the food was terrible. The salad was small and didn't even look close to the presentation on the menu, and the loaded fries were dry. They did even give me a full slice of bacon for my fries, just tiny baby pieces of half of one bacon slice, and the cheese bites weren't so tasty. The food was fresh but not so good.

Went here on Oct 21st. I guess you people just let anyone be a “manager” huh? First, no soap in the bathroom and a broken paper towel dispenser. Second, the customer service is insanely bad. Doors were locked 10 minutes past opening, food was extremely salty and when we asked for unsalted fries the MANAGER told a worker “that’s how it is”. ???? Unsalted fries should not be salted. They also STOLE our money because we sent back two portions of fries and got one back. Again, the MANAGER stated “that’s how it is”. What a gross unprofessional place. I’m surprised they’re surviving on Louetta with how rude they are, most businesses over there have good customer service. If all locations have extra salty chicken and fries, please shut down. Bless Canes for at least making their sauces in house and not killing people with salt.

Great/friendly customer service. The beast box is a great deal in price and in the amount of food. I do miss the marinara sauce though for the white cheddar bites I hope it comes back.

WORSE customer service I have EVER had. Workers are extremelyy rude. I order online and got my order COMPLETELY wrong. We called and went to the store for the guy in the front to ignore us. and get defensive about the whole situation like we didn’t have the right to be upset..

I love their salads here! Fried or grilled either way their chicken is juicy…you can’t beat getting fingers smothered by sauces and seasoned crinkle fries anywhere.

Everytime I come It's always an issue with my order. They do correct it, but on average it takes approximately 20 minutes just to order from here. The staff needs to be trained more effectively on customer service and menu options. Once the food is corrected its great quality.

Lived here for 10 plus years and still HATE this location. Just recently went to give one more shot, waited in the drive through for 40 MINS. Customer service is also super rude. Never has soda machine working. Food is almost always wrong so make sure you check before leaving.
