The chicken wings were tasty, but a little on the dry side. I really liked their dipping sauce variety. Their combo plates come with toasted bread and french fries, also a drink .The staff were friendly and helpful. The dining area was neat and clean. I'll definitely go back to try their other items.

My husband described the fried shrimp as a chicken nugget with a vague shrimp flavor. They also always seem to take a long time to get the drive thru orders sorted.

The customer service was good. The person on drive thru was extremely kind. But the chicken and fries were cold. The salad was wilted and the chicken on top was hard and old. I had an egg roll and it is filled with grease and not edible. I immediately felt nauseous after one bite of the salad.

The food was good but not great. It wouldn't be my first or second choice for chicken. The chicken fingers were good. They were juicy with soft, flavorful breading. The wings were decent but not the best. The first 2 wings that I ate were dry and tasted old. The other 3 wings tasted better, but still not wings I would purchase again. The fries had a nice seasoning on them, and the sauces were pretty good. The young lady who served me was sweet, and the food came out somewhat quickly. Overall, a good experience, but the food wasn't "indescribably good" like their slogan suggests.

SO CUTE! Affordable! Finally somewhere that doesn't practically rob you when trying to get a great affordable meal! The atmosphere was so pleasant and decorated so well! I WILL be returning over and over.......AND OVER!Parking: Open, park wherever is available. And it is a short walk to door if you're dining in!

The food was pretty tasty. Staff seemed to be somewhat distracted. Everything was pretty good except for the soft drink machine. The drinks never taste right and they are usually kind of a mess. Then you have to wait while people take their sweet time looking and deciding, or trying to figure out how it works.

I've been wanting to try zaxby's for a while and I was disappointed.Cobb salad was brown and tasted old. Chicken was very salty and tasted gamey. Fried pickles and coleslaw were good. My husband didn't like chicken sandwich. He said the same thing about the taste and sandwich was wet. The girl that took order was nice. The girl that gave us the order was not pleasant.
If a zero was possible I would leave it! I just recently went here and was told to pull up and wait for my food. 30 MINUTES later we had no food, yet 6 cars after us had come and gone. My boyfriend went in and they hadn't even started cooking our food. Got home the order was wrong and chicken was very salty and fries were soggy. The people working the window acted annoyed we were asking for the food we paid for. Definitely won't be returning to this location.

So, just to review this. Zaxby's responded to my review as you can see. That, is awesome and thank you for doing so. +1 star for service :). Honestly, i just didn't enjoy the food, I can't put anything specific on it, the service was good, the restaurant was clean, overall 0 issues and for me, I just didn't find there was any flavor. I don't like spicy (hot) foods and what i had was hot and seemed fresh to me, but again, i just didn't find any flavor.Thank you again for responding to a review and so quickly. I have been meaning to update this as i truly feel when a restaurant monitors and contacts they are looking for the right reasons.

I waited at the counter for at least 8mins before being greeted. There was only 1 car in the drive-thru. I ordered a Cobb Zalad w/o chicken. The server offered to make a garden salad & just add the other ingredients. I thanked her & ordered my meal for here. Imagine my surprise when my order was packed to go. The salad was frozen & my vegetables were freezer burned. The salad might have been made at least 4hrs ago and placed in either the freezer or a high temperature fridge. In the past I've had great salads from this location. I'm hoping this is just a one of. Not a good day for me.Vegetarian options: Ask for fresh vegetables. Otherwise you may receive frozen dead veggies.
