Never open at 5:00 a.m. per their business hours. I go to work very early at least once a week, and if you go by this place before ~5:20 they are not open. There is a truck out front, all the lights are on, but the shutters out front are completely closed and it looks like they are sitting in their truck. I would recommend they change their business hours to 5:30 or be ready to serve breakfast at 5:00. This is not a one-off, this is everytime I go to work early, probably four times a month for the past 3 to 4 months, I'm not sure why you would open at 5:00 if you can't serve at 5:00.
An interesting side note, the second person who works here shows up sometime between 5:20 and 5:40, I've been here several times and there was only one lady working, and the other lady would show up as I was ordering.

Usually come by here Monday mornings to get breakfast, I've been by twice in the last month (2 out of 4 times), both around 5:10 and they weren't open. One time they were closed and dark, today all the lights were on and a truck was sitting there, but the shutters outside were closed. If you're going to open at 5:00, you should be ready to open at 5:00.

We love this taco truck! They make authentic delicious Mexican food. The meats are tender and perfectly seasoned. My only complaint is, I wish they were opened to dinner times on the weekdays. We would be picking this up for dinner on a regular!

The reason I put less star is because they didn't follow my instructions I asked for. But the eggs and tortillas are good. But I asked to add cheese and potatoes, they didn't. 😢
