Large chain fried chicken. 5 stars for being what it is, nothing more, nothing less. This isn't fine dining. It's delicious, fried, comfort food. Not at all healthy, not at all good for keeping calories down. Sweet tea, crunchy fried chicken, mashed potatoes with loads of white gravy, fried okra, and end it with a fried pie.

So, here is my message: Hello, I received my order in the drive through today, and did not receive my side of mashed potatoes. I also only received three chicken tenders. I paid cash, but would like a refund. Please let me know what we can do here.

I love this chicken, okra and gravy. I always do the drive-through, and the ladies who are at the window are always very polite and sweet. I would like to recognize the lady. I called sweetie because that's what she calls everybody. She is so nice and sweet.

Chicken Express consistently delivers high-quality food. Most of the time, the meals are so hot that they’re difficult to touch when handed to you, which is fantastic. While there have been occasional mistakes with our order, the likelihood of receiving the wrong items is lower than at most fast-food restaurants in Springtown.
The fried okra is excellent when it’s fried twice, so be sure to ask for it to be extra crispy! 😋
I ordered a overly priced 7 piece tender for almost $16 got home and there was only 5 tenders so $6 bucks lost on 2 dang tenders.. And this is why I only eat here 1x to 2x a yr when I'm craving it other than that nope cause crap like this.
