I usually would let it slide. Today I called up there all hot because this happens a lot at most fast food joints and I’m sick of it. I'm in close to proximity to a Chicken Express in a neighboring town, but I will hold out on my craving until I make it to this one!!!!! The service, food, DEALS, and tea is just so much better here!
