The service is atrocious. Definitely a black eye to the Dickeys name. It I could rate a zero thhat is what i would do. The food in no way lives up to the Dickeys reputation. WILL NOT BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.

Website has incorrect hours - stopped to get bbq but was told they were not open. I'm not gonna go here again if you can't keep your hours up-to-date for customers, how can I trust you to keep your equipment clean?

This was my first time trying Dickey's BBQ. Your Android app is very nice. However, my experience was not good. I arrived to pick up my online order right at the scheduled pickup time of 5:45 p.m. The tracker in the app showed that the order had been put in the cue, smoked to perfection, certified by the pitmaster, packaged, and ready for pickup. The employee at Dickey's in Springtown, TX, was sitting at the table doodling when I arrived. He told me that he had no idea what pickup order I was talking about. I showed him a screenshot of the pickup order number. He checked his computer using the order number and said that he found the order. The employee told me to wait, and he would work on filling the order; this would take about 15 mins. Ha! I thought my order was already certified by the pitmaster and was ready for pickup! ? Your app is very nice, but it is useless if the order does not make it to the employee or the employee does not prepare it. The sliced brisket was dry and could be torn/ripped down the center like a piece of beef jerky. The Mac and cheese was cold, and the fried okra was old and rubbery. As I said, your app is nice, but nothing else about the experience was good. I can't see any reason that I will be a returning customer. The sad reality is that for a fraction of the cost (and better quality food), I could have fried some spam and prepared Velveeta Mac and cheese at the house. ?

Sit here waiting on my food just to see driver after driver sent away from the delivery, no one telling me ANYTHING. Can’t even call this “business” because the number provided does not work. Pathetic service, lost my business.

Ordered for delivery, driver after driver showed up to pick it up but evidently were turned away for whatever reason I will never know, BECAUSE NO ONE THOUGHT TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER WHY THEY ARENT GETTING THE FOOD THEY PAID FOR. Best yet, there no way to call! The number does not work. Pathetic service and you've lost my business.

Dirty location in the corner of a gas station. Food was not good and the service was about the same. Won't be back.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I spent 98$ and wasn't able to eat any of it. It was all disgusting. When I tried to call the phone was busy for hours And I live 45 minutes away So it's not easy for me to drive up there and take the food back.

Oh goodness, our 1lb of brisket was 3/4 sliced fat. Yuck! The rest wasn't cooked properly. The potato salad was so vinegary that we couldn't eat it. The Cole slaw was over the top sweet. We ordered the plain sausage and was given the cheese and jalapeño sausage. It was good but way to cheesy. The tea was old. Yuck!! We haven't been to this location in a while. Last time we were there it was really good. I understand the ownership has changed ‍. Oh and our bill was $98! It was a to go order.

I have bought brisket from the Springtown location since it has opened. It has been some time since I last bought some brisket. I am surprised how wrong in quality and service this place has gone to. First the man behind the counter has a very hard time understanding English and is confused by ordering 1/2 pound of chopped beef. Once we have that straitened out or so I thought I received my 1/2 pound of brisket but its not chopped. Its sliced and not smoked but steamed. it is basically I have a 1/2 pound roast beef but at the price of a "smoked" brisket. SAVE your money there are other BBQ places in town that are better but cost a little more. But you get a brisket instead of roast beef.

Connected to gas station should tell you enough about this location. Nobody working the drive-thru mic, we pulled up to the window to order and worker was sitting on his phone, ignored us and finally got up and helped customer that walked up to counter afterwards. Ordered sliced brisket sandwiches, got a cold mess of brisket in a bun. Ordered a Dr Pepper and Coke, both tasted the same way... old. Things haven't changed just like other reviews say; disgusting environment, lazy employees, and bad food.
