I ordered doordash tonight from this restaurant, while I ordered a bacon and swiss combo, with eggs rolls and a large drink, I only recieved the drink and egg rolls. This has happened multiple times now.

Stopped there and got a sourdough burger went thru drive thru could not figure out what that smell was got down the road. A good way out of traffic to Took my Food Out and the Bread Was Burnt and It Had one Piece of bacon on it. No tomatoes at all. It was the most horrible food.I ever got at a Jack in the box.Anymore it was disgusting

I ordered online. Pickup time was 11:12, I sat in the drive thru to pick up my order until 11:44!! The drive thru kid was so high he gave my order to the people in front of me!! Not the first time my experience at this particular Jack in the box has been really bad, just the first time I have taken time to write a review on a fast food chain. If it’s past 8pm in Springtown, TX you’d be better off driving to Whataburger in Azle. This place needs new management….or any management for that matter. Terrible wait time, terrible service, mediocre food. Also, employees go outside to smoke or vape or whatever out the front door while at least 4 cars (probably more) are waiting in the drive thru line. I am writing this while sitting waiting on my 10 tacos and 2 sprites. I will adjust waiting time before posting….update they got my order wrong but I’m not waiting another hour to get it fixed!

They actually cooked the burgers and chicken and the people are nice and it was a pretty nice atmosphere not going to lie I love Jack in the box everything the employees the food the mascot everything about Jack in the box is good

Great people , but did come tonight asked for 2 things of onion rings with our food and got 3 chocolate lava cakes instead. I understand the wait at night and will always be patient but come on. Needed my onion rings 😭
