The service here sucks and is terrible!! I get being short staffed and I am very patient normally because I honestly get it but I was there for 46 minutes 38 of it was waiting on my food was at the pool to the front along with four other cars the first time I visited was the same way not quite as long but absolutely insane amount of time
Manager was completely rude to a veteran that was trying to get his order fixed. Then refused service to another customer that told her she needed to lose her attitude. Then was rude to me while I was ordering food while at the same time answering a personal call on her phone.

This specific Jack in the Box is terrible on the overnight shift. Might as well lay off all the lazy workers and save money. You’re paying them to not take orders and have all the doors locked when they are supposed to be open. Im done going to this place.

I have to give 1 star to leave a review. Your service sucks. I waited in the drive through for ten minutes and two vehicles behind me backed out and went elsewhere. I drove through. Went to the door that was locked at 9:50 and 2 young ladies were sitting there and when I knocked on the door asking what time they were open till, they ran to the back like cowards. Meanwhile other people in the drive through were waiting as well. What the heck kind of business do you run here? Hire adults that want to work. Not some kids who don’t have a clue how customer service works!

I'm sick of coming when they are supposed to be open and no one answers the drive thru and the lobby is locked. The employees hide inside and pretend they aren't there. At 11:30pm. There is only one late night lady that does amazing. If she isn't there then you will not even be addressed if you go anytime after 10pm. They have missed out on several sales because they are too lazy to work when they are working the late shift.
EDIT: Perhaps instead of just replying to all the reviews pointing out what's wrong by asking everyone to then go to your website so you "can look into this" you should get it together and send someone who truly cares about Jack's reputation to come in person and experience the disappointment first hand. These workers aren't to blame when management and corporate do nothing to ensure that their supposed "values" are being met. Until someone higher up decides they are not ok with a whole town disliking their company, and are willing to actually do something about it, there will be no change. Unfortunately, the most common scenario is that whoever is in charge will never do anything and eventually will be replaced only for their replacement to get burnt out trying to turn the whole town's perception of a horrible place to go. In the mean time every decent worker there will flee the place and it's reputation and this location will never perform well after.

Wow, just diabolical today. I spent FIFTEEN minutes at the front counter waiting for someone to take my order, all of the workers are clueless and unorganized, this establishment is so dysfunctional. This lady was taking my order, and in the middle of it, literally just left, as I waited another 10 minutes for someone else. No one was wearing gloves and the whole time I was there, no one left to wash their hands. Workers disappeared into the back constantly. Order only got done after MANY pleas to make it. Never ever going to this Jack in the Box again.

i have ordered here at least 20 times now, I have had my order correct 3 times, no matter what way I ordered, in person, mobile app, drive through, it is almost never the correct order they have given the wrong amount, comepletly forget a whole bag, put no veggies on ever burger except the one that was supposed to have no veggies, this is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered at

I don't know if it's just Springtown fast food, or if other towns have such horrible ordering experiences as we do, but I've never had an app order that was correct from this location.
Simple combos, simple items, but something is always missing or wrong. We give them a shot every 6 months (when we're craving something super unhealthy)-and regret it every time.
The worst thing is when you've explained that something is wrong, someone attempts to fix it, and they still get it wrong-on a slow night with more workers than customers in the building and drive thru combined.... If you want Jack I'd recommend another location.

The food wasn't hit enough to melt the cheese on the loaded breakfast sandwich. The service was good. It took a while to get my sandwich but they were very busy.
