I have never in my life been to a Mcdonald's and received such amazing customer service as I did tonight at the location in Springtown. Everyone was super professional and courteous. The young man who handed me our food actually stood there while I looked in the bag to make sure there was nothing else we needed. NEVER happens at most locations. Often times the bag is almost thrown at you and window slammed before you have a chance to say anything. Kudos to the hiring and training...read full review
