I have to special order my sons happy meal....they never give me a hard time and if they mess it up they fix it no questions asked. The afternoon/evening crew of Friday is awesome!!Kid-friendliness: They have a play place for the kids.

Worst customer service ever The app frequently causes issues I get the same thing everyday a bacon egg and cheese biscuit I use the same offer all the time the $1.50 breakfast sandwich when the app doesn't work properly because the staff keeps me waiting too long in the drive-thru and the code expires they refuse to fix it when it charges me full pricing does not take the code they refuse to fix it The manager looks like he's about 19 years old and I don't know his name but he tells me that they can't do anything about it because it's it's automatic in the app and they blame everything on the app instead of using customer service skills and making it right I will no longer eat at the McDonald's in Springtown even though it is closer to my home than the one in azle at least in azle I get friendly faces and great customer service there are some friendly faces the lady that gives me my sandwich in Springtown but the manager both of them are not nice people they do not understand what customer service means and they need to hire new management

Been here over 10 times. Unfortunately they always tell me to move to the next window or park up front. It's never been quick service. That being said....my fries are always hot. Worth the wait.

Placed an order through the app. For some reason, it didn't update my location to the store so they could begin prepping it. I clicked, "I'm already here," hoping that would do it. Instead, a message popped up stating the store I selected was closed and that I would be refunded. Took 2 people and almost 10 minutes to get my order because even though they had the order ready, i couldn't check in, so they said they couldn't give me the food. Finally, girl #2 said she was able to check me in. Food was no longer fresh, and the ice was half melted in the drink. Was already in the car and running late due to the delay, so I didn't have them remake anything.

We’ve tried to eat at this McDonalds 4 times and each time they have given us the wrong food. And the food that we do get doesn’t taste great either. Even with receipts, the workers here give you a hard time for asking for your order to be corrected. Would rather drive to Azle or Decatur to get McDonald’s than eat here.
