After placing an order on door dash, and waiting an hour, at about the time I expected the order to arrive, I was told the order couldn’t be filled. I tried to call, but was put on hold without speaking to someone for 16 minutes. I don’t do business with places that provide this piss poor customer service and do as much as I can to discourage others.
We are regular Sunday afternoon customers and always do pickup. Our pizza is always hot and ready when we go to pick it up. It is consistently great, and the personnel has always been friendly.
