I normally just order your round pizza because you're the only store to deliver to my house. But this time I wanted to try your meat lovers detroit style meat lovers and sad to say was very disappointing. I asked for light sauce and still got what I believe was regular amount based on pictures people have uploaded. Some of the meat pieces were colder in the middle then the outside and when I took the sauce off you can see where the cheese never melted and the dough was under done, it has a weird smokey onion flavor that over powered all the other meats and the dough was under cooked and gooey to eat not chewed like I was expecting. I will continue to order round pizzas from you periodically but I won't touch your detroit style again that w

The first time I got pizza here was great. The pizza was fresh and so delicious that I was like yup im coming back again. Unfortunately this time around it was ok. This time I got it delivered to me and pizza was dry and much thinner than the first time. I ordered 2 drinks and got one. The young man who delivered was kind. I will give it another try and hopefully it will be like the first time I had the pizza here.

Everything was bad! Pizza wasn't cut, topping that weren't selected were put on pizzas, wings had a kick but were too spicy for my family. (BBQ flavor) Unfortunately the dinner was ruined due to negligence.
When I pay for extra cheese I would like that extra cheese. There was barely on cheese on the pizzas I ordered tonight . It seems since the new owner took over Mr Jim's has gone down hill. It used to my favorite pizza place. Sadly I haven't ordered from them but twice the new owner took over.

Update- After a 4th try, and the graciousness of the owner, we finally got to experience what the Mr. Jim's Pizza should have been from the beginning for us. Hospitality was what you want from a local business, and the food was everything we were hoping for. Brownie bites are amazing!
This is the 3rd and final try we're giving Mr. Jim's. We've lived here 8 years, tried them 3 times, and every time the order has been messed up. Ordered the Detroit style pizza, a medium single topping, and Jim stix. They flipped the Detroit Pizza upside down when taking it out of the pan when we came to pick up, so they said they'd remake it. They remade half of the Detroit style (2 pieces) instead of remaking the whole thing. So we wait 10 minutes and get a cold medium pizza, cold Jim stix, and one under cooked piece of Detroit style with a cold piece of Detroit style. To apologize for the wait, we were given a free order of bread buds. That we didn't want because we'd already ordered Jim stix. But they were the only hot thing we received. Pizza warmed up at home was chewy, greasy and was not impressed with the medium pizza crust even though we'd added crust flavoring. We won't be back.
