Smoking With Papa BBQ has truly outdone themselves with their BBQ. I had the chance to meet them at the Granbury Wine Walk where i tried their award winning jalapeño sausage which was my absolute favorite , brisket nachos and majority of all their sides, all of it was some of the best bbq i have had. Whether you're sharing with friends or indulging in a solo feast, Smoking With Papa BBQ is a must try. Trust me, once you've tried them, you'll be craving more! My wife and I had the loaded baked potato, brisket mac, bbq beans, and the brisket sandwich. All of the food was great! It had the smokey flavor we were craving and the price wasn’t bad. Highly recommend and we will be eating here again.

Did the online order, it went really smooth and orders were correct. Food was absolutely delicious. We got the tacos and pulled pork sandwich with brisket Mac and beans. I can’t wait to order again. Also would consider ordering food for any events we may host in the future.

We had BBQ from this food truck today and it was delicious! Definitely recommend trying it out. The bbq sauce was amazing and the brisket was full of flavor!

Smelled good when we came out of Parker County Home & Garden Show. I got the brisket breakfast taco, very small for the money and it was barely warm. My daughter got the brisket mac and cheese, it was cold and tasted like Hormel chilly in mac& cheese and it was 14$ what a ripoff.
