These people are absolutely illiterate. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce onion and mayo only. I got a hamburger with pickles and ketchup only. They have literally messed up every order I have asked for last time they put mustard on my chili cheese dog instead of the onions I asked for. They act like they have no clue of what you asked for even when it's very specific and simple. I would advise everyone to not get food from here unless you are up for a surprise meal and a screwd up order. Zero stars and would not even recommend this sonic for Satan himself. Even when you check your order and make them fix it, it will still be wrong. Also plan on waiting at least an hour for your random surprise order. 😡😠 Never again will I ever go. Such bs that has never and never will change.

Unfortunately as much as I wanted to believe there was any other excuse, this location is simply a result of racist small town Texas ideals. I waited for over 20 minutes to get any type of response. I was ignored as simply as it comes, meanwhile they happily help every other white person that comes and goes. The only difference was my skin tone. So sad that this is what the world is coming to.

This place is AWFUL. The food is nasty AND when I went to one of the stalls to go and order food it took longer than 5 minutes for them to even answer, THEN when I decided to go to the drive through it also took them OVER 5 minutes to answer even though there was somebody at the register who is supposed to be taking orders. NEVERRRRR coming here again & unless ya’ll want to wait 20 minutes for only 2 things on an order then i suggest you don’t come here either.

Didn't get anything, I pulled up pushed the red button and after 15 minutes nothing so I went to the drive thru and sat there for another 5 still no answer. People where driving off without food or being waited on.

Again, i asked for no ice, and by the time I git to the office , I could check it's got ice. What is wrong with simple directions. People are nice but come on.

Ordered two items a shake and a strawberry sundae.

Waited 30 minutes. The employee said the app check in was wrong and we were never checked in. Then she said we were checked in but the order time was delayed so we had to wait longer. We asked to talk to the manager, the manager came out and we showed her the app time and asked if we could either just get our ice cream for our kids or a refund. She said that they would make it right away and wrote down what we ordered on her phone. Another employee brought the items out about 4 minutes later and the sundae was the wrong flavor. When we told the employee it was wrong she just told us have a good night and walked away.

I've learned that you get better service if you bypass the intercom by using the app. I can't stand giving my order through the speaker when Brooklyn takes it. She'll ask for your order, and when you've finished giving it, she tells you to hold on a minute, then comes back to ask for your whole order again.

After reading all the other negative reviews on this Sonic, it's extremely obvious the owners, DL Rogers, don't give a crap about their lackluster service.

Update: 2/9/25- I’ve avoided this Sonic for a good while because it’s so bad. Nice to see that they’ve made no changes to their service. I can only guess that the owner doesn’t care about how bad the service is at this location. This is, without a doubt, the slowest and worst sonic I have ever been to.

If I could id give no stars because today I waited in two different spots and the drive thru and no one answered so I pulled up to the window to be ignored and watched as the took the order of the vehicle behind me. Horrible place

Today at around noon we went to this sonic. We went through the drive thru. Lady asked “what can we get for you” with an attitude we told her TWICE “can we have a moment please” then she proceeded to tell us to “move up so she can help the people behind us” it had not even been 30 seconds, not to mention it was slow and there was nobody behind us. Absolutely astonishing how you can treat customers like this. Last few times we have been unimpressed with the service and food. We will NEVER be back. Whoever was running the drive thru needs a new job not in customer service.
