Terryn has been the greatest at greeting my husband and I and making conversation and updating us on what we can find at Starbucks. Her recommendations have been awesome and fast service even if it’s just me getting a morning pick-me up! I will say not all the drinks have been tasting the same, maybe it’s the holidays but the blonde espresso that Starbucks has to offer has been tasting nuttier!

Today, my future wife and I ordered from this location via the app. What we received was RIDICULOUS! My partner is allergic to certain poultry and meats, and she cannot have chicken and eats strictly vegetarian. So we ordered what we knew she could indeed have: The falafel pockets. Well the store still for some reason threw in 2 Jalapeño Chicken Pockets as well into one unstickered bag and into my order bag. She bit into it thinking it was WHAT WE ORDERED. And now she is profusely vomiting her stomach out and has still not eaten anything.

AND AS IF THIS WAS ALL- I ordered a tumeric shot from their cooler case, and it is expired by over a week now. I had already drank more than half before noticing the very funky taste, and now I AS WELL AM THROWING UP MY STOMACH AND HAVING DIARRHEA. This has been an UNREAL experience simply trying to order COFFEE AND DINNER.

Absolutely the best Starbucks I have ever been to the staff is great management is great. They are so friendly. I have never had an issue the moment I come through and I say hi they already know my order. They are hands-down the best store I recommend the store to everybody. The food is delicious The drinks are amazing The store is always clean and very relaxing and I look forward to stopping by almost every day and seeing how their day is going! Thank you, Springtown Starbucks. Y’all are the best!!

I’m not usually a big coffee person, but I was exhausted this morning. The girl at the window and speaker box was very kind and helpful. She recommended a new coffee and even offered to substitute almond milk since I have a dairy intolerance. It was delicious—thank you!

Drive thur is fast, friendly and well professionals.
But weird thing... drive thur barista had her phone propped up on the drive thur windows and was recording all the drive thur customers.
Umm... ok.
Maybe something had happened and Starbucks cameras didn't catch it. Nit sure, will ask if I see it next time.

Springtown Starbucks is UNMATCHED when it comes to customer service. Terryn &/or Gracen are my baristas, they know my order (& my seasonal order). I seriously couldn’t love a starbucks staff more! I refuse to go to any other locations due to the customer service here at Springtowns location!

My daughters and I were so excited when we found out they were building a Starbucks in Springtown! When you walk in, the store is always nice and clean. The writings on the cup thanking you for coming, wishing you a great day, or recognizing it’s your birthday, add a special touch! My drink may be considered a complicated order, 😬 but Tony and his team always take care of me!

You are greeted with lots of friendly faces when you walk in the door welcoming you in and remembering your name which makes it a great customer experience! I brought my daughter in with me after our beloved family dog Keila passed away and Karen was so sweet with my daughter and very compassionate 🥹 and made my daughter smile that day! Fast forward 2 weeks later I brought her in again today and Karen asked her if she was feeling better which made her smile. As soon as we left she said, she remembered that I was sad that day ❤️ Thank you, Karen, I am forever grateful for you being so kind to her that day knowing what we were going through. Being kind to a complete stranger can make anyone’s day especially when we never know what someone is going through.

Last but not least, Tony by far is one of the best members of management I’ve ever come in contact with. He is always smiling, friendly, and always welcomes you in my name. He is definitely creating a culture of inclusion and belonging which will always keep me coming back! Very thankful for Tony and his team!!
