I have never been so disappointed in Taco Bell as I was for this visit. I ordered the Crunchwrap combo and the Crunchwrap had, this is stretching it, a teaspoon of meat in it. The taco had very little meat on it as well. My wife ordered a tostada and the beans were spread thinner than the taco shell, there was very little lettuce and cheese. Very disappointing to say the least. There was a wait for the food as well and there was only one other family ahead of us. There were a lot of employees standing around and goofing off in the back you could see them and hear them, but the orders were not being filled in a timely manner. I will not be back.

My husband and I picked up food here last night and he got 2 Mexican pizzas. He immediately was sick with food poisoning after eating them. Will not be going back which is a bummer because we are big Taco Bell fans.
This manager needs to go after my experience today. If the person working the drive thru was not a good person, I wouldn't be back. This manager needs to be gone. There is no reason to ever tell a customer that they can't get what they want. according to him, they can add another taco to a ticket. After reading the other reviews, I can see why this location is slowly losing customers.

I ordered online, took 20 min to get there which is fine. Order wasn’t even started. Missed items, and straws.

Can't rate the food this morning because they don't have any eggs. No signs to advise of this AND they still force you to put your own order in at a kiosk. They offered to "make me something different or refund". I chose refund and they stared at me like I was stupid.
Went through the process of refunding to my card and then when I asked for a copy of the refund receipt transaction was told they can't do that. Called manager over and she looked at register trying to figure it out before just snatching their copy out of the employee's hand and giving it to me.
Sorry, I don't work on the "trust me bro" refund plan. You need it to balance your register and I need it just in case the refund didn't go through. Sorry if it makes you mad.
This location is extremely hit-or-miss. When it first opened, I had no issues. Under their current management, in last 2 months, I've had wrong orders, witnessed management verbally abuse employee's to get clout for friends who were in store, and now this.
The franchisee needs to get their crew in order.

Went through drive thru, had to come in to order the reat of my food only to find out they were only taking orders off the computer you order your own food through. Had to go back to drive thru to get the rest of my order.

Ordered a 12 taco party pac for take out. Got home and opened for family dinner. Tacos had obviously been refrigerated, not freshly prepared and were cold and soggy. Never asked if I wanted taco sauce so none provided in the box. Gave this taco bell a chance. Never again. Going back to Taco Casa.

We were there at 1:45 am, the sign was lit up and the drive thru menu light was off. We saw half a dozen employees standing inside at the front; one even looked at us like we were a bother as we looked in... our first time to go here. We wont come back.
Best Taco Bell in the area! Employees are polite and helpful. We have yet to have an issue with an order. By far better than the 2 other locations in the area.

Not sure a girl who is taking on a masculine role should be plain judging a women for drinking coffee while pregnant (presumably) at that. Also I know the other girl adding in “I could never drive a small car and have a baby” (Mazda Miata) didn’t NEED to know I have a truck at home, but I didn’t pay for a drive through judgment sesh either.
They're still trying to master their craft
The new Taco Bell in springtown's manager acts like when they forget something it's your fault. That manager needs an attitude adjustment.
