Horrible place. The Hispanic manager lady was so rude. I saw her throw food at a customer today. Food was not great. They didn’t put any steak on my steak burrito. She just wanted to argue with me about it, and I showed it to her, and there was no steak in it at all anyways I didn’t get anything but a rice and bean burrito.

The woman who was working the drive through was very rude and snatched my debit card out of my hands and then just kept her back to me the entire time and when she gave me my order and I ask for hot sauce and she got upset with me and just threw it in the bag it's not her hot sauce why do they get so mad about giving it out likes it there's I sat there for 15 minutes just for a burrito supreme which the food was good.

Cassy the night manager was not only completely rude and unprofessional, but also made my wife leave with cold food for my family to eat because she refused to remake it after their card reader messed up and the food sat for 30min

If I could give ZERO stars, I’d be the first in line. This Taco Bell has officially redefined the word USELESS.. They didn’t just mess up my order once. Not twice. Not three times. BUT FOUR. TIMES. At that point, it’s not a mistake—it’s a talent. Like, are y’all speedrunning incompetence?
And the ATTITUDE? Baby, please. You work at Taco Bell. Don’t come at me sideways when you can’t even read a screen. Customer service skills flatter than the tortillas you hand out. Honestly, I’ve seen soggy tacos hold themselves together better than this crew.
Maybe if y’all spent less time rolling your eyes and more time rolling burritos, orders would actually come out right. But clearly, expecting the bare minimum is asking too much… STRAIGHT UP TRASH!! 🗑️

Why have ALL your tacos become soggy on the fold. At the beginning your tacos were crispy. Something has changed over the months. I like my taco crunch enough to pick up and eat without the bottom falling out! 😕 Please get this corrected
