Horrible!! My husband went inside to place on order. Had to place it on a kiosk and waited and waited for someone to take his money. Almost 20 min later and some “manager” on duty Melissa, said they didn’t make it yet bc he hasn’t paid yet! Well duh! He was waiting for someone to pay! My husband just left without food after he was there for almost 25min. So sad the lack of customer service. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with the GM. Hope I have better luck. They just don’t care apparently.

They are always so kind! Great customer service!!! Bill is always a joy to take my order and even the manager Cassie was so sweet and genuine!! 10 outta 10 recommend this one everytime!!

The food was alright it was regular Taco Bell quality but I had no one in line behind me and I ordered ahead on the app but they still make me pull around and park in a parking spot and wait god knows how long when you could of just had me wait at the window got it to me quicker. Genuinely makes no sense I selected drive thru because I wanted to pick up at the drive thru not curbside pickup. If I hadn’t ordered ahead I wouldn’t care as much but I placed an order on the app ahead of time and you’re still gonna make me park and wait?? Come on Taco Bell i didn’t even order a abunch of food either just a regular order for 2 people I’ve had sit down restaurants get food out to me quicker than this hard to call this fast food anymore when it takes 20-30 minutes to get my food might as well just went out to eat.

Very disappointed with my experience here. The food I was served was not fresh and tasted old. The texture and flavor made it obvious it had been sitting for quite some time. When you’re spending your hard-earned money, you expect at least basic quality and freshness. This location really needs to improve food standards and quality control.

Always playing around usually slow teens goofing off instead of working. There is someone who works front counter that cares deeply about customer service, this person needs to be promoted to management. As someone who worked fast food for 10 years plus at Taco Bell he is perfect for customer service 👌

There is no customer service. If you are doing the drive thru you are probably fine but don't expect any help inside. Employers look right at you at the counter and never acknowledge you. They expect you to use the kiosk but if you have a coupon or cash that doesn't work. Plus it is a clunky interface to navigate. They don't clean tables. They don't offer spoons - how do you eat pintos and cheese with a fork.

It is only 5:30 pm the drive thru is packed inside is busy and yet they are shutting one side of the make line . So there fore we are having to wait over 15 minutes for orders. When is ok to start pre close in middle of dinner rush! This store needs serious help with management! I have never in 20 yrs of running corporate restaurants seen this behavior .

Talking about taco bell in springtown texas AT NIGHT. The drive thru may be ok but waiting for food in dining room is terrible. Sometimes almost an hour. They concentrate on the drive thru. Im an Uber driver and go there almost every day and night. During the day the service in dining room is ok. Doordash and Uber are LOW priorities at night.

This is the 1st time we have taken our 11 year old son to Taco Bell. He is special needs and ADORES Farran from the Royalty family on YouTube.. We were absolutely bummed out with our experience at this BRAND NEW location! The staff NEVER spoke to us, the food took way too long to get to us for fast food and it was friggin COLD. Even the cheese in the melt was falling out in cold shreds!! We will never be back!

Awesome place and service is very good. I was in and out in a few minutes and everything order wise was correct. Staff was very nice and answered question I had about my order. Plus the speed of getting my good was super quick.

WORST SERVICE EVER! It wasn’t even busy inside, ZERO people in the line.. I stood there for 10 minutes with even the manager just glancing over at me and ignoring me.. not one of the employees even acknowledged my existence!!!
