The girl on DT OT window 11/11/24 @ 3PM is the rudest person I have dealt with. She has no customer service skills. I called the manager and spoke to him about this, confident that he will not make a corrective action.

If you don’t want to deal with the public don’t pursue a career in a customer driven business.

Went there today 10/24/2024 at noon, with my elderly mother and the lady working the counter was super-nice and helpful. She took care of me and my Mom like we were family. She sets the gold standard for customer service. The food is pretty good, but the service here, today was absolutely outstanding. Thank you.

Our order was not right when we got home from the drive-thru. With today's prices this is so aggravating. To make this right, I have to drive back and get the missing items or they will take my name and when I come back they will make it right, which I ordered it today and wanted it today not tomorrow or even next week, it was today's lunch. The problem is, it's my GAS MONEY having to COME BACK, the order should have been correct in the 1st place, the mistake is on the part of the Taco Casa, not the customer, so good customer service makes all effort to correct THEIR MISTAKE. especially since they read it back to us twice. While trying to get compensated back (because with tax its over a $5.00 mistake of my hard earned money, all the other food is now cold. This should not be tolerable. We need a new law that if a restaurant does not get your order right, they should have to be out of the expense for doordash or one of their staff members deliver the missing items (expense on their part not the customer's), while you are eating your other food. How is it my responsibility to run back and forth for something I PAID FOR IN THE 1ST PLACE and help with YOUR TACO CASA BUSINESS!!!
