I've loved the nutrition lodge for years! THE best protein shakes with every flavor you could think of. The pecan pie shake is super yummy. Stephanie is such a sweetheart and makes it right every time!:)
I recently had surgery and can only have liquids, so the shake was a perfect meal for me to mix things up. I've had Herbalife before and I honestly don't care if it's a MLM. The shake was tasty and it was filling. I feel that 8 dollars for a meal isn't expensive, especially in this economy. I enjoyed it and the lady at the counter was knowledgeable and kind.
Protein shakes that can be full meal replacement, post workout rebuild, and a variety of teas that can be boosted with clean energy and other great options. The environment is supportive and community focused.
