Great small town cafe. After driving all morning through empty Texas, it was a great stop for lunch. Great service too. The hamburger steak was awesome. My wife had the BLT, she loved it.

Great food, and service as well. If you're driving through Spur and need to stop somewhere for a meal, you won't be disappointed. The hours and menu are dependable, which isn't always the case in extremely rural areas.

Oh my goodness! The food, the service and the atmosphere were all wonderful! We are on a trip from Colorado to Abilene, Texas and were really hoping to have a nice lunch today. Exceeded our expectations and was just delicious. We sat outside with our pup.
My only wish is that were not so far from Canon City, Colorado! ?

SHALL I DIE? Fantastic fish fry! Open salad bar with the largest strawberries I've ever seen!! The most beautiful, efficient, friendliest waitstaff.*UPDATE* Such an enjoyable experience that I went back the very next day, 04/20/24, for the beef enchiladas. Delicious food, impeccable service.

Giving this 5 stars because the food was quite good. I had the cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. It was very good along with their spicy salsa. My husband had the BLT and onion rings and enjoyed them both. Definitely worth the small diversion from the main roads nearby.

My family dined here for lunch today when attending my grandmother's funeral in town. We had a large party that kept growing and not once did the staff seem upset with how many people we had or by how many tables we put together. Our waitress continously waited on us, making sure our drinks were full and that our food came out fast and hot. Everything was delicious, especially the chips and salsa! Thank you so much for taking great care of our family for lunch today! We hope to make another visit soon on better circumstances!

The food is always good and the waitresses are sweet. May have to wait sometimes as they do get rather busy, but it's worth it.
