I’ve always had a good experience until today. I came to the drive through window and waited for close to 10 minutes. Multiple people looked in my direction, the window bell was actively ringing and I even knocked on the drive through window nicely, twice. I even called into the store and they just let the phone ring. I was completely ignored intentionally for whatever reason. I understand being busy and that’s why I stayed patient, but a small acknowledgement would have gone far for me. There were 2 other vehicles waiting behind me. I decided to pull around and just go inside to pick up, trying to give them the benefit of doubt and thinking maybe SOMEHOW, even with everything I tried they didn’t know I was there. As soon as I walked in to pick up my order they were serving the other cars at the drive through window that had been behind me. This is not okay. There was a kind lady who helped me carry my order to my car, and I appreciate that. I wish I had caught her name. I will also be leaving a review through corporate which I’m sure will do nothing to rectify the slowly declining service I and others have received here.

Well I've gotten pizza here 4 times since they've opened the new location and it's been amazing.... until today. There was a kid working the window and she didnt bring me one of my boxes and seemed a bit annoyed that I wanted the rest of my order. My pizza wasn't sliced, it has almost no cheese, and the cinnamon rolls were very raw. Up until today it has been amazing. I'm sure it's because there are kids working, but it shouldn't be that hard to at least cut the pizza. I probably will try to avoid coming here again until school starts to avoid this problem.
