Very few speakers worked, it took me three tries to find a speaker that worked so I could place an order. Then the card sliders didn’t work so the car hop had to take your card inside to run it.

635 pm only 4 cars in the drive in bays, food took 18 minutes to get, me and my coworker both ordered burger meals, mine was supposed to be no onions no tomatoes, coworker's was supposed to have everything, mine was plain and dry but with onions, his had pickles and jalapeños, both his onion ring and my tater tots were very hard and tasted like very old cooking oil, this location needs to evaluated and have some surprise visits from management because its pretty low standards

Several of the menu modules don’t work so people drive around in circles just to find one that does or one that the employees will actually respond to. The employees watch you sit there for upwards of 30 minutes as they walk by ignoring you’re even there. Don’t worry about calling the number listed, they’ve disconnected it and the app only works when the A team shows up. The weekend crew is rude and slow so I recommend the other spots in town because this place is a joke!

Took 15 minutes to get my order taken by the time I hit the red button. After asking if the button worked I was told “they just didn’t want to answer”. Once my order was taken it was 40 minutes before I got my food. I would give them 0-stars if that was an option. This is the only sonic that is this bad!!!

Not sure what is going on with the local franchise. Service is lacking and equipment is in need of lots of repairs or looked like about a third of the drive in tellers were down. This has been getting worse over the last year and a half. Hope they get this resolved because I love the Sonic Restraints brand.
