This sonic has awful service. Pulled in and lady wasn't very friendly. I told her let me look a minute that I did not push the button. She said I'll get back to you. Ok no problem. She never came back. I made a mobile order and no one will answer the button. The past 3 times I have been here service is slow. People are not very friendly. I am done. If I hadn't paid on the app I would be gone. This is my last visit here. Guess I have to go hunt for my drink! Sorry that it was so difficult. ✌️

NORMIES GET OUT

Ordered online in advance and it took one hour and six minutes from the time the order was placed to get one burger and two footlong combos. Burger patties were waaaay overcooked and the burger was made wrong. Ordered a sweet tea and got regular coke. Forgot ranch dip for peppers and the forks for the footlongs. Previous visit at this location was just as bad, but it's been at least 6 months since the last time I tried it so I gave them another shot and it looks like this store just isn't capable of decent service. Absolute worst Sonic in existence. If the service is this bad, I can only imagine what kind of health violations are rampant inside. This store should be closed until they can hire more competent employees or replace them with automation.

I tried to order on the app but couldn't add my payment method. Then, when I get there, they are out of apple juice, and the slushy machine is down. And to top off my experience, I'm told after fussing with the card reader, I'm told that it doesn't work and she has to scan it inside. Fortunately the food was very hot and good.

The screens in most of the stalls are broken. The price of everything has gone up.... But not updating the new pricing. The slush machine has been down for months.
Several times I have tried to call the store via the provided number online. But only receive a disconnected message.

This sonic is never that busy yet it takes 10 minutes plus just to get a drink and food takes even longer even with a mobile order. On top of that your order is messed up or missing a item 90% of the time. I've never seen a fast food place this bad before.

This has to be by far the very worst sonic I've ever been to no one has a clue what they're doing. They don't ever answer the call button you have to beg for your food. This is a joke establishment. Stay away from this crackhead place

EXTREMELY slow service and horrible food. It took the kitchen 10 minutes to answer the call button and another 15 minutes just to receive our food (which was cold and soggy). We visited this sonic at a non-busy time, so there is no excuse for the slow service and poor quality food. UPDATE: I ordered chicken strips, fries, a large coke, and a small blizzard. It took 33 minutes to get my order with only 4 other customers at the restaurant. The ice cream machine was broken and the chicken strips were over-cooked and extremely small considering the cost of them.

I had a mobile order of 4 soft drinks. I was late by 7 mins due to traffic. I waited for over 10 minutes, and they continued to serve other customers who arrived after I did. After 20 minutes, they still hadn't gotten it out to me. They just kept saying, " we will have it right out." The phone they have listed doesn't work.

Crapiest Sonic Ever! I have eaten there 4 times and they just flat cant get it together. VERY trashed out, inattentive employees always on their phones and/or outside talking to their friends instead of waiting on customers.
