I've been unable to order food here my last 4 visits. The employee will refuse to take orders that are not placed online. It's a joke at this point.
Website says they do door dash but they refused my dasher went he try to pick it up

it was too slow. woman with glasses is very lazy. she wasted my time for a sandwich. owner have to make it great otherwise people don’t wait in line. there was 4 guys in line i waited almost 1 hour and other people didn’t wait and they gave up

Did an online order for a footlong steak and cheese, service was horrible. I waited at the counter for a while before he even noticed I was there, then when I asked for my a mobile order everything was wrong. I asked for less of Chipotle sauce and it was piled on there. I asked for more of the spinach and onions, there was very little in the sandwich, I also asked for black olives there was absolutely none.

Absolutely the worst subway I have ever been to. Want a fresh sandwich? forget about it or drive to big spring or midland. They never have any “supplies” which means they are just too lazy to make sandwiches for the online orders. If I could give it a negative star I would. Don’t waste your time or money.

That Pedro kid is a mess. He is never at his station. Always in the back or behind the stripes counter. It never Fails that he drops something everytime I go. He dropped the toaster tray and stated that "it landed Up" and proceeded to not wash it. I was tired after a 14hr shift so I didn't really Care. What really got me was when he sneezed into his arm while putting veggies into the guy in front of me's sandwich. Above all that he proceeds to complain that he doesn't get tips and he hasn't had lunch. All while flys are landing on counter where hes making the sandwiches. This kid really doesn't have any pride in his work, or himself. Never fails to provide a horrible customer experience. Don't vote for Pedro

I typically don't write negative reviews. I understand that some restaurants are hit or miss. This location is pretty consistent on the misses. We attempted to order online, and they called my buddy and said they were out of bread. Okay things happen they get backed up. 2 days later I attempt to order a sandwich again same thing out of bread. The employee stated they didn't have any bread ready at shift 22:00 and it takes 2 hours to prepare. I was 01:00 thats 3 hours Karen. What have you been doing. There's some good employees there bit not many. I will drive to Midland or Big Springs before they get another penny from me.
