All the tables were dirty. They served us some mummified fried okra, it looked more like hush puppies than fried okra. When I brought it up to manager's attention he said it was our fault because we didn't tell him about it. Lol

Cold gravy, every, single, time, ruins your meal and makes you wanna vomit
Employee argued on the phone with me and in person with my dasher over 15 CENTS worth of serendipity seasoning packets on a doordash order (That have always been free and automatically included up until now apparently). If i'm paying $45+ for plain chicken with no flavor there's no way I will be haggled over 15 cents to make their unseasoned chicken edible.

This Chicken Express hasn’t tasted this good in years! All of the food feels freshly made. Employee’s were all polite and attentive, and above all the location was clean. If I could give this location 10 stars I absolutely would. Highly recommend. Also special shout out to the owner Jakob, for bringing back the Chicken E experience we all know and love.
