Chili's Grill & Bar

I truly appreciate a positive restaurant experience—something that seems pretty rare these days. But I was so impressed with our local Chili’s in Stephenville that I had to share. This was my second time using the app and I had earned a free item through the rewards program. Although the app wouldn’t allow us to add the item to our order, the Chili’s staff went above and beyond and kindly brought it out to us with a smile. The order was quick, affordable, the service was pleasant, and the food was absolutely delicious. When I enjoy a meal this much, I’ll gladly return time and time again.

We did a Togo order. Ordere mushrooms as a side dish. They were burnt and a small pile of sliced mushrooms. Not even close to a side dish. Also the chicken crispers are more like Wingstop’s boneless wings than the crispers they have been making for 30 years. Also there was no gravy for mashed potatoes. Maybe that is off the menu like the tacos! What had happened to Chilis???!

We were given raw chicken tenders. Our waiter never refilled our drinks or chips
When we told him about the chicken he didn’t offer to take it off our bill just said sorry

Haven't been to Chili's in years so I was surprised to find that their fajitas were a good option for my low carb diet.

Came in for a margarita, got a sugar-rimmed kids' drink pretending to be a cocktail. No detectable tequila, even after I ordered an extra shot, server had to “ask the manager” before bringing it.

Went to lunch after graduation on 16May. Accommodating to a party of 20. Waitress was outstanding. Food was great. Overall great experience.

Bought 3 burgers on line for take out. Could not choose the temp for the meat. All 3 burgers were over cooked. They were crisp on the edges and cooked all the way through. No pink. And I like a juicy burger not dry like this was. But - the fries were good.

Wife ordered chicken sandwich, it came cold!, her coffee was old and strong oder. The second cup she was given was worse!. This should never happen!. Not good experience at all....
