The food could be a lot fresher .. the pizza is sometimes doughy and I let them know. But sometimes the pizza looks dry from sitting out so long. I would always ask them to make a fresh personal pizza.

The food was fresh and the staff was friendly. The guy cleaning the tables was kind and the manager Zack did a great job checking up on guest and offering assistance.

The manager was flat out rude, when we needed our stuffed crust remade to be stuffed. Our order ticket clearly showed what we ordered, he said he personally fixed the order. when we had to bring it back up he said we destroyed the pizza, I had taken one single bite. Then says it is stuffed with mozzarella, and it melts. There is a big difference between melting and disappearing. He eventually looked at others in the freezer and said it looked like the manufacturer had been putting a lot less than usual.
Cheap, nasty food with who-knows-what “ingredients.” You get what you pay for.
