Went in to buy gift cards and Ainsley (not sure of the spelling) was wonderful. She answered all my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. While she was in the back confirming something for me, 3 other people made sure to come and ask me if I had been helped. That is excellent customer service right there.

I came in last night around 9pm. The servers are very sweet, but during my recent visit, I heard/saw a manager loudly scolding to the staff about a dirty table. Instead of helping out, he pulled all the workers away to address the issue, which i understand managers should do, although- it was obvious how he treats these servers on a daily after seeing the servers reactions. We had to wait for him to finish his scolding before we could get service, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable, and unprofessional. It just added more stress to an already tough job for college student workers. It’s disappointing to see that kind of behavior from a manager.

My wife and I went tonight. I am retired military and we went because of the free meal for veterans. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and my wife got the Chicken Fried Steak that was advertised as $9.99. When they brought our food to us I noticed that the Chicken Fried Chicken was tiny. It was about the size of a chicken tender. I asked the waiter about it and was told that the size was reduced because it was part of the “Veteran Promotion”. When we got the bill it was at least still free….but the Chicken Fried Steak was $14.99. We were told that we needed to order the “value meal “ to get the $9.99 price and that would have been smaller too. We have always had a good experience there before but we will have to consider what happened into returning there.

Love their fried green tomatoes and mushrooms. Their service could be better though. Especially, pertaining to online orders. We can't seem to get all the proper items for our orders.

Arrived on Monday evening at 6:30pm not overly busy/crowded. Two of our party ordered salads to learn they were out of lettuce. One decided to not eat because of dietary issues, our second guest whom was on a limited meal as well did choose an item. I ordered meatloaf with two sides. 45 minutes later, a gentleman comes out n says there is a problem, that they dropped the meatloaf on the floor and there was no more. He offered to give me something else but I refused because of the aggravation we had already been through. We decided at that point to just leave but we called our waitress over and tipped her. This was not her fault by no means n she was very apologetic n did not want it after she had seen what we had gone through. I completely blame the management for not properly being prepared. Therefore I can not recommend anything….

10/10 would recommend, I'm from out of town and this place was out of this world! The food was great and was reasonably priced. Shout to Peyson for the great customer service and attentive service. Highly recommend ask for him if you stop in.

Highly recommend!!! If you’re looking for an excellent warm southern made from scratch dining experience. Bring your friends, family or loved ones. This is the perfect place. The food quality is excellent with such wonderful dishes and some really wonderful surprises on the menu “Country Deep Fried Bacon”, BBQ Ranch dressing and Cinnamon Honey Butter that adds that little extra flavor.

The restaurant gives you that country classic feel with well designed touches for that good home family feel. The staff and management are engaging with such warm hospitality and friendly service.

Pro Tip~ “Dine in Only Specials” are such wonderful dishes and Only $9.99 All made from scratch…
