Cotton Patch went thru a rough patch but this new lady managing the place has turned it around! What a change! The attitudes, the food and the service is ALL top notch. If you stopped going for a while, it is time to go back!

Came here to try the Meat Loaf lunch special and was not disappointed! The service was great, and the meal came incredibly quickly! It's a reduced portion at a lower price, but it still fills you up!

Please make it bigger the portions to make bigger bigger and bigger.

Excellent.
Chicken fry with jalapeno gravy, black eyed peas, okra, rolls. A favorite.

Went in to buy gift cards and Ainsley (not sure of the spelling) was wonderful. She answered all my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. While she was in the back confirming something for me, 3 other people made sure to come and ask me if I had been helped. That is excellent customer service right there.

I came in last night around 9pm. The servers are very sweet, but during my recent visit, I heard/saw a manager loudly scolding to the staff about a dirty table. Instead of helping out, he pulled all the workers away to address the issue, which i understand managers should do, although- it was obvious how he treats these servers on a daily after seeing the servers reactions. We had to wait for him to finish his scolding before we could get service, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable, and unprofessional. It just added more stress to an already tough job for college student workers. It’s disappointing to see that kind of behavior from a manager.

My wife and I went tonight. I am retired military and we went because of the free meal for veterans. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and my wife got the Chicken Fried Steak that was advertised as $9.99. When they brought our food to us I noticed that the Chicken Fried Chicken was tiny. It was about the size of a chicken tender. I asked the waiter about it and was told that the size was reduced because it was part of the “Veteran Promotion”. When we got the bill it was at least still free….but the Chicken Fried Steak was $14.99. We were told that we needed to order the “value meal “ to get the $9.99 price and that would have been smaller too. We have always had a good experience there before but we will have to consider what happened into returning there.

Love their fried green tomatoes and mushrooms. Their service could be better though. Especially, pertaining to online orders. We can't seem to get all the proper items for our orders.
