I'm an Oregonian, and I was there visiting family and just happened to be hungry while in passing. I'm so glad I was. THIS is bbq. It was unbelievable and I've never had anything like it. Ever. If you are in the area, run don't walk, and get you some AMAZING food. The love that goes into it is evident with every single bite. If you like bbq, this is a religious experience.

Never been disappointed. They're half chicken includes a breast which is still pretty dry. They should have chicken quarters so that people can get the juicier leg and thigh if they want. The brisket is always great. The sausage is good but not great. The ribeye steaks are a great surprise, maybe even the best steak I've ever paid for, but of course it depends on the cook. A younger guy in stephenville cooked a fantastic steak for me, perfectly medium. Even the 8 oz steak is great. No matter how big the crowd is out the door, they always get you through pretty quickly and there is always room to sit. It's a very dependable place to go for great food.

Jalapeno sausage is fantastic. Ribs are awesome. Brisket is flavorful just a little bit dry. Atmosphere is great. Service is excellent except for our French fries arrived halfway into our meal. I would still come back and recommend to friends and family.
