Wow! What a delicious gem to find! Phenomenal ribeyes and get it with garlic lemon butter. Dont forget your side of Mac and cheese and for dessert a banana pudding. Southern hospitality at it finest along with great BBQ!
Stopped by Hard Eight this weekend. By far the best BBQ I’ve had to date. This is coming from someone who has lived in the Southern East coast. Variety of different meats, pretty expensive but absolutely worth every penny. We purchased the brisket, ribeye, jalapeño and cheese sausage and sirloin. All was extremely juicy and not over cooked. Staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely come back!
We ordered a pound of sliced brisket, 1/2 pound of ribs, 1/4 pound of sausage and 4 sides. We got a 1/2 pound of fat with the brisket. We have eaten there several times but expect more for $80 dollars with tip.
