Never been disappointed. They're half chicken includes a breast which is still pretty dry. They should have chicken quarters so that people can get the juicier leg and thigh if they want. The brisket is always great. The sausage is good but not great. The ribeye steaks are a great surprise, maybe even the best steak I've ever paid for, but of course it depends on the cook. Jalapeno sausage is fantastic. Ribs are awesome. Brisket is flavorful just a little bit dry. Atmosphere is great. Service is excellent except for our French fries arrived halfway into our meal. I would still come back and recommend to friends and family.
Consistency from one to the next. Efficient system although the two guys seemed a little slow for lunch time. But very friendly and we’re working hard. The stuffed potato with brisket and then dressed with all the fixins. Really good needed a nap but had to get back to work.
