Jimmy John's

Now that Jimmy John's has the option to have your sandwich toasted, I decided to do that today to a club lulu. When I got my sandwich, it looked like there was a quarter of the amount of meat on it then they're usually is. I took it inside and they said that it shrinks due to the heat. But I have never had such a skimpy sandwich from there. I told him that I wished I would have gotten it untoasted and they paused like they were going to offer to remake it for me but of course they didn't. And now I'm stuck with an $11 sandwich that barely has any meat on it. Very disappointed

I went to this jimmy johns and got a number 8 with no vegetables. The service was amazing, the guy that made my sandwich had gentle hands and the food came out freaky good.

This is a really good store. The place is always spotless, which I appreciate. Staff is usually really friendly and very fast. I got a wrong order once and was already 20 minutes away when i realized; I called and they immediately made it right. The last few sandwiches I've had lately have been really good. The fountains are always clean and don't taste dirty like a lot of places. Would definitely recommend this location.

The two guys that were working were so insanely rude. Asked to substitute a meat due to an allergy and they were just jerks about it, and had a back handed comment for everything i said ?

We ordered 2 combos, one original and the other a Little John. We also ordered two sandwiches with chips, one original and the other a plain Little John.The employee took it upon herself and charged us $2 more by making the plain Little John a Slim, didn't notice until after the sandwiches were made and checked the receipt. I also caught her making one of the sandwiches a completely different sandwich, which she thanked me for catching that and remade it, but when I noticed she made three big sandwiches for the others, she nonchalantly said that it's only two dollars more, but that she could give us store credit ?. We are driving through and don't live here so that's useless. Two dollars more for a bigger sandwich for my 5 year old is a waste.We took our food on the road and found out she put lots of onions in one of the sandwiches that doesn't even come with onions. If we ever drive through here again, we will not be back.I will add one of the four sandwiches was made how we ordered so I'm thankful for that.

Went in at 3pm today and the place where they make the sandwiches was very dirty! It looked like they never clean the place! I hope I don't get sick ?

I ordered jimmy Johns on doordash and the driver called me being very rude asking if I could turn the porch light on (it was already on) then they literally THREW my food at my door and stomped off my porch. Food didn’t have tamper seals for delivery and this was easily the worst food delivery experience of my life. Never again.

I thought the sandwich was really good. Some italian sub. The people were very friendly, the store was perfectly clean, and the service was really fast. Dig this place!!!

Order did not deliver to the address on the order. Walked back and forth for 15 minutes looking for the order between the 2 front doors of the plant. Lunch was over at this point. Owner argued. We order weekly to the same address w/the same delivery instructions. Owner would not provide name. Offered credit I insisted on a refund. I will not frequent this location again. Don't bother sending feedback it only gets returned to the same store and goes nowhere. I do not recommend this location.
