I went to this fine establishment the other week and the food I must say was good but the service I got from the manager there at the time was even better Stormi was able to help me out when I needed it.

Amaree was amazing with his customer service. We havnt had anyone in soooo long that actually valued their job and customer service take care of us. We bragged to him about how great he was and even still he was so humble. Nice to see great people still in this town. Way to go!!!

This was the nicest, cleanest McCallisters I have ever been to. The manager was taking orders and checking on people. The waitress that came by filled our drinks frequently. The food was great too. Honestly one of the best dining experiences I have had in a while.

This restaurant was the most pleasant I've been to in a while. I had been having a very trying and stressful day and walked into this restaurant and treated so well. Happily greeted, happy to serve us and quick service to table. Several times they came back by to ask can we do more... why every restaurant doesn't do this is beyond me. Whomever is running this restaurant has definitely trained everyone properly. Thank you for the sunshine I needed when I came into your place. ❤️❤️❤️

Was craving broccoli cheese soup on an ag trip and convinced my advisor to stop. Amazing service, food hit the spot. Highly recommend. Amaree was great employee, great attitude and amazing server.

Annie & Amaree are amazing in their customer service today even though the atmosphere was busy w/2 buses of ppl to wait on! They followed up w/Mother & I during our meal & kept the tables bussed well. They are 2 good reasons we return to this McAlisters often. Give ‘em a raise!

Every single member of the staff is super friendly.
Everytime I go here, something is always... ALWAYS...wrong. Today they forgot to put two of my four items into the bag, even though they marked them off on the receipt, implying that they were in the bag. I did not realize this until I got home. I go back to the window, and get ignored for about 10 minutes as I wait for someone to bother to fix their error. This is a trash location. It is now the least reliable place in town, in terms of order accuracy, since the trash Burger King closed. Why pay for food here when they consistently forget to give you half your order?

There aren’t too many places that can compete with McAlister’s on service. I go there frequently and am always approached by an employee to make sure I am satisfied. The food is great, with the right amount of choices. In an area where there are relatively few healthy options, McAlister’s stands out.
