Everytime I go here, something is always... ALWAYS...wrong. Today they forgot to put two of my four items into the bag, even though they marked them off on the receipt, implying that they were in the bag. I did not realize this until I got home. I go back to the window, and get ignored for about 10 minutes as I wait for someone to bother to fix their error. This is a trash location. It is now the least reliable place in town, in terms of order accuracy, since the trash Burger King closed. Why pay for food here when they consistently forget to give you half your order?

There aren’t too many places that can compete with McAlister’s on service. I go there frequently and am always approached by an employee to make sure I am satisfied. The food is great, with the right amount of choices. In an area where there are relatively few healthy options, McAlister’s stands out.

Never going back food not up to standards as we always enjoyed in Waco. Order wrong after correcting them 3 times and potato was two bites size.
The honey BBQ pork nachos were good. The service was fast and the establishment was very clean.

Never in my life have I waited 45 mins to receive a cold sandwich, and mac. Just to immediately get it after asking about my order. Must had been just sitting there. Not a great first impression, go to Firehouse instead!

Disappointing experience with my visit on 11/5/2023. After eating my sandwich I opened my salad to find rotten lettuce. It’s interesting that whoever put this salad together thought this was appetizing. I’m hoping the ingredients in my sandwich weren’t bad as well.

The sandwich was flavorless, but the soup was pretty good.. Music was loud at first, but they did turn it down upon request. The cashier and servers were really service oriented/helpful.

Normally I love their food, but recently its being going downhill. When they started the workers were the sweetest, recently one of them was so rude to my friend that she almost cried. Not only that but I also have received multiple drinks that were only 3.5/4 of the way full. Definitely need to work on something here.
