Double check your order, had 2 items and missing and instead of a double quarter pounder with bacon got a single quarter pounder, placed a mobile order.

Worst night crew I've ever experienced My food was given to the car in front of me then after 4 minutes realizing they are waiting for More of their order they complain to the young gentleman and he grabs my order back from them makes their order 10 minutes later they're giving their order I pull up I grab mine and the fries are half eaten and nuggets are cold when I asked him if this was the order that he gave to the previous car he said yes it was an accident but this is yours needless to say we just drove off, never accept food after it's been somebody else's car or somebody else's hands digging in your fries unacceptable.

I had sat at curbside for 20 minutes waiting on the new Minecraft happy meal mind you that’s the only thing I got. My sister was also with me and she ordered food separately but after the 20 minutes my sister went inside with me because I have social anxiety. She helped explain the situation and I just wanted my food and go, the teenager brought a manager because she asked what times were they supposed to have curbside out by like any other fast food joint does and I know that McDonald has it too. Anyway the manager comes up to us and me my sister noticed there are like 3 to 4 workers standing around while the person who handed my sister her food when we were still at curbside, the poor girl who was running out curbside was on front counter from the looks of it on her own while also expediting and getting it all done on her own with no help. Props to her I didn’t see her name tag though. Anyway my sister points that out because she looked like a chicken running around with her head cut off while you have workers standing around and my sister also asked for there times their supposed to give curbside out. The manager was outrageously passive aggressively rude he said he doesn’t have a out by time for his orders which is a lie and he also said in a rude manner he is slammed and short staffed. When you have 3-4 people standing around and another four actually doing a job and then the one manager, that’s all I could see that makes nine people that doesn’t include any people in the office or people food prepping, that’s not short staffed. They weren’t slammed inside the most they had was a small line in drive and as someone who has worked fast food that line doesn’t compare to the other places I worked. The manger had no idea on how to run the place if he thought that was slammed. He also wasn’t in the right attire he didn’t have a name tag so we had to ask for his name. I also don’t know what McDonalds requires on the head because most places require guys to wear hats so there’s no hair in the food but he didn’t have one if required nor a hair net. He told us his name was JOSH if he told the truth. The behavior was unacceptable and the girl who did all that by herself deserves a raise.

I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they said they weren’t taking any orders. When I Informed them I had already paid they just gave me a receipt and told me “come back tomorrow and we can just give you cash.” Instead of explaining anything or just cancelling my order.
There's no reason to go to this one, just go to the one next to tarleton. Workers are inattentive, more expensive than the other, and they hardly salt their fries. Just tonight I ordered 2 mcdoubles and they were both regular cheeseburgers. Also their tables are always dirty.

Came through drive thru pick up 2 double fish sandwiches and frozen frappe.
When ordering I accidentally said iced cappuccino She handed me a hot cappuccino. Manger said - we only serve hot cappuccino ( Do you mean frappe chino ?! ) Yes
So they gave me what I meant to ask for. Cold frappe chino

I loved the food it was delicious is just that the fries don't last long being wormed so that's what you should eat first so your fries won't get cold and I love the service it's just sometimes they take time on the cashier so I rather that you order on the screen.
