I was on a girls trip with two other ladies and we stopped for brunch at Newton‘s saddle rack and were overwhelmed at the great ambience! Our server was fantastic and so personable! He did a beautiful job of keeping our glasses full and our table happy! The servings were very large, but we loved everything. We ate from the eggs and bacon and biscuits and sausage gravy to the omelette and pancakes. My friend got a mimosa that was delicious and I enjoyed my wonderful pecan house coffee. It was a perfect beginning to our girls weekend and we will be back!!

We were surprised to be seated at a communal table, and enjoyed meeting our table mates. We've dined several times at Newton's - I wish we had the experiences others write about, but in our experience food quality is hit or miss.

First time experience was so good I'm giving my first review. Our waiter was kind and informative and patient. Met Chef Newton, he was an amazing host and even took time to talk to our table. Would recommend and wish I had more stars to give. Also food was amazing aswell. Best I've had in a while.

We had an amazing time at Newton's Saddlerack- we were celebrating my nephew's 15th birthday. Chef Newton came out and chatted multiple times with him and his friend. It was my first time there. The space is nice with a very nice friendly atmosphere. Not too noisy, but busy and fun. The food is delicious. We were there on burger night, so I want to go back for the full menu. Everything was great. The service is top notch. Some of the most attentive, friendly wait staff of any place. Will definitely be back!

Long wait for food which was not a big deal but when the food is not warm, it is an issue. Ordered ham but they substituted bacon due to ham not being ready.

The food was superb, presentation was on point and the service was friendly and timely. I had the chicken fried NY steak, my friend had the eggs Benedict and the other friend had the salmon Ceasars salad. And we had onion rings as a starter, best I've ever had. Their attention to detail and presentation is over the top. If yall haven't tried it you might wanna treat yourself. Get your taste buds ready!
Absolutely love it here — mine and my husband anniversary dinner spot. The NY strip never disappoints, highly recommend! Everything we have ever had here was phenomenal. Thank you to the staff for making the experience equally as amazing as the food.

My wife and I dine at Newton's Saddlerack every time we stay in Stephenville. The food is creative, tasty and always cooked to perfection. I think we have had just about everything on the menu and I can say my go to's are the Redneck Surf and Turf, pork belly, shrimp, jalapeno grits and chef's bbq sauce, for main course love the chicken fried strip and finally for dessert, I tend to be whiskey guy and they have a wonderful selection of the brown drink. The atomsphere is relaxed and friendly which is due to the owners, staff and bartenders. What's better than good food and drink in friendly, easygoing atomsphere. Keep up the good work and see you soon

From the service to the food our experience at Newton's was incredible!! Celebrating our daughter getting her Tarleton State Ring and we wanted to celebrate with a wonderful meal! We were not disappointed. The Beef Medallions were phenomenal and the choice of wine by the waiter was spot on! We will be back!!
