An old school vibe with a familiar feel. Stepping into Peacocks is like stepping back in time. From the old school ceramic coffee mugs, to the portion sizes, this diner is a call back to a time before the corporate copies. Breakfast is the name of the game and nothing disappoints. That being said don't sleep on the burgers. At one time or another I have had everything on the menu and to be honest I can't remember a bad meal. Something to be said for old school consistency...
Go on a Tuesday morning and have Shanae serve you the best breakfast in town! Great food, good people, okay prices. I’ve been going to Peacock’s since 2008 and I’ve never been disappointed!!
When you walk into the restaurant there is no hostess stand. This is a classic diner where you seat yourself and the waiter/waitress will find you. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette with a pancake on the side. Within 10 minutes of ordering, they brought out my food! The layout is very cozy, relaxed and it was quite warm inside the restaurant which made it a tad difficult to focus on enjoying my food. Nonetheless, my meal was superb and I would definitely recommend this classic...
