Such a bad experience at this Pizza Hut. For the second time, we ordered online for takeout and were told the pizza was not ready, even though the order tracker showed it as “ready.” Both times, we had to wait over 10 minutes to get our order despite placing it well ahead of time. On top of that, the pizza was doughy and not fully cooked. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Ordered a pizza at 1 pm last week. 2 pm rolls around, no pizza. Called pizza hut and asked where was my pizza?? The woman said, uh oops we never made your pizza. So came at 3 pm. I should have gotten a free pizza, or a coupon, or something, besides oops. I still payed for the 2nd pizza and delivery fee. Could of gotten free delivery also. Got nothing. Not happy with service there at all. How do u forget to make a pizza????

When they say "No one outpizzas the hut". Stephenville Pizza hut stands true to those words. I called 4 different pizza places to see if they could have 45 pizzas ready by 10 AM and nobody would do it! Pizza Hut came through with GREAT service and delicious pizza! Thank you for you above and beyond service!
It really stinks that a call center answers all phone calls. if you call about a problem with your order they transfer you to the store, which apparently never answers their phone. Super disappointing.

As a fellow doordasher. I have to say I never thought Pizza Hut would be such a hassle. The first time was their credit card problem. Because it kept sending it as cash on delivery. I would always get shorted for that one. Second, the pin code problem is not helpful. Guess what? There was this one time I couldn't reach the customer at all and wouldn't go through sent messages calls nothing at a hotel. After waiting a really long time on a customer for what seems like forever for even a response. When I couldn't reach the customer. Because it was sent to a private number. That won't accept calls. So, really, I give it one star for both difficulty of reaching customers. That has set it to hands only and for not having a drop-off point at locations to send pictures. This is the only restaurant that gives the most problems, not even pastafina or little ceasar has this same problem. Sometimes, I don't even accept pizza huts delivery offers just because of how their system is set up. The last time, I did an order for their company. I was told to unassigned an order that I had waited on them for twenty minutes. I get told by pizza hut customers complain. Which doesn't make sense with my high rating. There is no accountability with Pizza Hut at all. The only reason is to make money. The next time I take an order. I will call the customer to wait for 20 minutes to not lose my 100% completion rating of delivery by doordash. And then call customer support and get half pay. So, sorry in advance for any future delivery from Doordash for the ongoing uphill problems with Pizza Hut.
