Poseidon Sushi & Hibachi

We ate here tonight and was very disappointed. They did not have consistent portions for our whole party, to the point of leaving some without food! Overall this place was dirty- sticky floors, grill not completely cleaned for example.

Went today at 3:00 got seated with our menus! Waited for our server to take drink order, then another table got sat next to us server took drink order for them turned the other way he came back took food order for the other table my friend tried to get his attention and he would just turn the other way! After about 18 min we got up and left and let the hostess know! I don’t get how the table next to us that came in after us was given all the attention and we were not even acknowledged! We were literally 3 feet away from the other table with no drink s no one ever came to us for our drink or food order! Service was terrible!

Service is never great but today I had the worst experience with the service. There were 3 total tables in the restaurant. Took 5 minutes to be acknowledged for a drink order. There was an employee leaning on the bar just looking around. Ordered the chicken skewers and the flavor was great but the chicken was overcooked and hard to chew. Took him forever to come back so I could order more. I asked him what all came on the tuna avocado salad and he said he didn't know. It wasn't a big deal so I just ordered it and asked for sauce in the side. He brought it out with the sauce. When I brought it up to him he said that they only make it with the sauce because it's weird without. I'm sorry, what?? Upon completing my meal it took another several minutes before getting my check. Food was alright, service was terrible.

My man& I chose to order Hibachi from the menu& just sit in a booth foregoing the whole grill entertainment with a group for a more intimate date night. Well, I hate to say this, but $70 for 2 people to eat isn't too expensive, but I wouldn't expect for all 4 of the meats, shrimp, lobster, NY strip& filet mignon on both our plates to be overcooked. Especially since we specified medium rare steaks!!

My wife and I ate there on the 19th. The service was good things were clean and nice, but the food was bad. I had the crispy beef with cashews it was fer from crispy. My wife had orange chicken it was ok at best. Very disappointing

After driving for close to 8 hours for an event in Dallas the next day i arrived at my hotel in Stephenville. Since it was later I looked up a place to eat and came across pseudonym. It was close and seemed to have good reviews. I walked in the door at 9pm, from there Google search and door it shows they do not close until 10. I arrived with 2 other guest, I said hi to the girl at the counter and asked if there was still enough time to eat, she looked towards the bar that had several employees behind it and then looked back at me and said uhhhhh no sorry were already closing. I said thank you and left. I can not rate there food or service, I would recommend if you want to try them to give them a call and make sure they are not closing early before you make your trip.

I love the food here but the management is rude and today when I went I happened to notice that the cups all have a disgusting yellow/orange grime on the inside. Every single cup at our table had this COVERING the inside of the cup. They rang in 2 sushi rolls when I only asked for 1 and when I told the server, she just stood there and stared at me and then I had to pay for both of them anyway because I knew management would be useless or rude based on past experience. I want to love this place but constant bad experience is making me rethink coming here.

Food was TERRIBLE. It had no flavor what so ever. The shrimp and steak were bland. And very little of vegetables. AND $23 per each steak plate was not worth the nasty food. Service was good. Atmosphere was good as well. But I would NOT RECOMMEND.
