I came into this store to eat about 2 weeks ago, I had stopped coming here because it was horrible all the way around. But thinking I would give it another go I went back. Whoever the girl is that's training to be the new manager there greeted me at the door with a smile and even opened it for me to walk in. She checked on me several times like a restaurant server would and noticing I was having trouble with my left arm, offered to carry my to go food for me to my car!!...
I ordered 2 turkey bacon clubs and a French onion sandwich as well. I realized when I got home that they forgot the lettuce on my turkey bacon clubs… which is obviously a key part of the sandwich. I called to let them know hoping that they’d offer a solution like having me come back and giving me a cup of lettuce, I didn’t even want them to remake the sandwich I just wanted some type of solution. Instead I was told “well there’s nothing I can do from here”… idk when...
