Went to grab a take out order. Had a piece of trash to throw away while waiting for the food. There was no trash can outside of the counter area or in the dining room area. I waited for the staff to come to the front but they were busy. There was a trash can just inside the front counter. I stepped one foot behind the counter and tossed the cup into the trash. I turned around and stepped out from behind the counter and one of the employees told me she couldn't let me on the "red tiles because they are slick and greasy and if I slipped on them she would get in trouble." So basically she called me back into the "red tiles" to tell me not to step on the red tiles. š¤¦š»āāļø I told her I wouldn't have approached her trash can if she had one in the lobby area and made it available to the customers or if waiting to ask where a trash can was. She said the manager doesn't want a trash can out in the lobby. Just ridiculous the attitude that I was given. I wasn't doing a dance routine or hanging out on her red tiles. I literally took one big step, tossed a cup in the trash and took another big step out only to be stopped and called back onto the forbidden tiles for her to chastise me for stepping onto the tile to throw away trash. I guess next time I'll just leave my trash all over the table for them to clean...or I'll just go to one of the other numerous eating establishments surrounding this location. Attitude and atmosphere go a long way. Customer service training needs to be reviewed at this location.

We used to love going to this wing stop but the last couple times we went the service and food have not been great at all. The last time we went the young lady at the counter was incredibly rude! Today the young lady behind the counter was plesent but the rest of the staff was rude! We ordered 4 combos. There was no ice in the machine. We asked for a refund for our drinks and they refused because they said, "the drinks come out cold". I ordered a 6 piece bone in wing, got all drums. They did fix my order but we will probably not be back unless there staff learns how to have better customer service.

Sub par compared to other locations. 30 45 min wait when we tried to dine in. Waited as well ordering from the app. Food wasn't like other locations very disappointed
The biggest waste of time waiting on my order. Get people who want to work and know what they're doing.Edit to add: As a doordasher, I will NEVER click confirm before you give me a reason to confirm. That's not how it's done and after a 20 minute wait, again, that was the final straw. The attitudes of your employees are terrible. We are bringing money in by making these deliveries and we're treated like garbage. I will start declining every order for this place like many others are doing already.

Stop at locat#356 today at lunch had business guest ordered $51 in food when order came out the French fries were cold went to counter ask girl could I get some hot fries she said they just came out of fryer said taste one please she said I donāt like your attitude at that point I knew it wasnāt good waited 20 minutes to get hot fries she was very rude asked for manager and she just rolled her eyes . I have been a customer of wing stop since the first store in Garland tx but Iām done now. Hope yāall address this matter for your business. Thanks Terry wall

Just came to eat at wing stop, and I got the wrong cup and so I asked for the right cup. The lady was mad at threw it over the counter at me on the counter. When asked for the manger I got eyes rolled at me. Then gets who is in charged, and is yelling at me staying I was wrong.
